IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION
FOR THOSE USING G3 VISAS & PASSPORTS
Dear Traveler,
As you prepare for your upcoming tour with AHI Travel, we would like to remind you that visas
are required for your visit to India and Nepal. The India visa must be obtained in advance of your
departure from the United States. Nepal visas may be acquired on arrival, but as this process is
time-consuming and unreliable, it is recommended to obtain your visa in advance. We
recommend that you utilize the services of G3 Visas & Passports, Inc. The following
information is specifically tailored to travelers who choose to apply through G3 Visas &
Passports.
As the Indian online application is difficult to navigate, we have enclosed a customized visa
questionnaire and an instruction sheet from G3 Visas & Passports. To apply through G3, please
complete the included forms and e-mail to AHI@g3visas.com along with a scan or clear photo of
your valid passport and driver’s license. These items may also be sent to G3 via fax or postal
mail. A G3 associate will then complete the online application for you and email (or mail) it back
so you may print, sign and include it in your package to G3.
We recommend that you apply for your visa between 90 to 45 days prior to your US
departure. Please use a delivery service with a tracking number, such as FedEx or USPS
Express Mail, when sending in your passport and application to the visa service.
Please ensure that your passport has at least two sets of blank “Visas” pages facing each other
and will be valid for at least six months following your tour. G3 Visas & Passports can assist
with passport renewals and additional pages, if necessary.

Visa Instructions
STEP 1: Please complete this order form (one per family) and the enclosed India Visa Questionnaire (one per guest) and
email it to G3 at AHI@g3visas.com, along with scans of the information/photo page of your valid passport and your
driver’s license. A G3 associate will complete your India application online and email you a PDF of the application to
print, sign, and include in your package. You may also opt to fax your questionnaire to G3 and receive your completed
application by US Mail. Please allow three business days for your India application to be completed and emailed to you.
The completed online application must be returned to you before you progress to Step 2 below.
STEP 2: After you receive the completed online India application from G3, you should review it for accuracy, then sign
in ink. An accompanying letter will provide a detailed list of items to return to G3 with your signed application and
passport. If you would like to begin preparing those materials, they are as follows:
Your valid, signed US passport. Your passport must have two sets of blank pages labeled “Visas.”
Three 2” x 2” passport size photos (two identical) with white background. Do not wear glasses in the photo.
NEPAL visa application (attached), completed and signed.
A copy of your international flight itinerary.
A photocopy of your valid driver’s license or a major utility bill (gas, electric or water) in your name that matches
the address on your visa application form. The address must be a street address, not a PO box.
Additional documentation may be required; a final list of requirements will be sent with your completed India application.
