Having a couple of wine experts right here in the hotel is great - having
them in the family is even better! Michael and Lukas Pregenzer are fasci-
nated by the intricate world of wines, so much so that they certified as
sommeliers in June 2020. Now they are looking forward to recommen-
ding the best vintages to go with your meal, and we are bursting with
pride at our two in-house wine experts!

are the best
Indulgence and regionally sourced products go hand in hand in our
hotel and are the cornerstones of our wining & dining concept. How
do we combine the two? By reinterpreting Austrian classics using the
freshest products and ingredients from our immediate vicinity, and by
baking our own farmhouse bread every day. Promoting regional
products and preserving biodiversity is a real matter of the heart for
us, and we are proud of our close cooperation with local farmers and
producers.

"Mmmm, that smells so good!"
This sweet treat is nowhere near as “sinful” as it looks and is also easy to prepare.
Zutaten: Preparation method
~ 20 g butter ~ Beat butter, sugar, egg, vanilla bean pulp and lemon juice until fluffy. Add the quark
~ 30 g sugar a little at a time. Fold in the white breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into dumplings
~ 1 egg and leave to simmer in slightly sweetened water for 10 minutes. Remove from the
