Hairdressing was all I ever wanted to do. And so, I opened
FOREWORD
The Vanilla Room in 1995 aged 21 and began the most
incredible journey.
Since then we’ve cut over 325,000 heads of hair, woven
more than 1 million highlights and styled hair for over
25,000 Friday & Saturday nights out. TVR Hair Camp has
trained some of the UK’s best hairdressing talent, we’ve
supported local charities, created fulfilling jobs, and won
lots of awards.
However, when I look back it’s not these accolades that
make me most proud. Instead, it’s the relationships we’ve
built with clients, the reputation of kindness, professionalism
& compassion, but most of all, how the team always ensure
our clients leave the salon with fabulous hair.
True, our 25th anniversary year presented unprecedented
challenges but as I look forward, I’ve never felt more
positive or excited for what is to come.
Thank you for making us part of your world for the past
25 years and for being such a fantastic community of
loyal clients.

you until you are. Just give us a call within a week of your visit and we

Cancellations: As a courtesy to other clients, 24 hours notice of
cancellation is required. Should you need to change your appointment
please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your booking
to others.
Late Arrival: Please arrive promptly for your appointment; we want you
to be relaxed for your experience with us. We are sorry, late arrival may
result in a reduction of treatment time or change of team member.
Free Roam Salon: Please feel free to change your stylist whenever you
wish. We are all part of the same team and hope clients feel comfortable
to try other stylists within the salon.
Product Returns: If you change your mind about your purchase, please
return the items in unused, unopened packaging to us with the original
till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit
note. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your
right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where
the goods are faulty.
