2020-2021 News Bregiannos Law Firm’s M&A Department advised Piraeus Europe Asia Rail Logistics S.A. on its 60% acquisition from COSCO Shipping S.A. Bregiannos Law Firm Banking Department advises PQH on the preparation of the legal objections regarding the liquidation of the Agricultural Bank of Greece and other connected banking institutions.
