October Wii Bowling League:
Join the ZOOM Group every Tuesday at 2:15pm
Bowl at least 3 games.
Your highest 2 games will count toward your total score.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 bowlers each month
and will be tracked to award the top 3 bowlers in a 12
week League (October through December)

October Feeling Fall Creative Arts Project:
Join the ZOOM Group every Monday at 10:45am
You will create your own piece, of any medium you
desire, that makes you feel fall! It could be abstract paint
or pastels on canvas, it could be prints with leaves, it
could be a bouquet, it could be a poem!

needs.*

Life Story Clubs are small, social groups for adults 60+.
Join us to hear the fascinating life experiences of people
from all walks of life. Participants also have opportunities
to share their own life stories, and the option to create
and save audio recordings of stories to gift to loved ones.
Meetings take place weekly over the phone. Program
available in English and Spanish.
Please let your TR staff know if you are interested in
joining, or if you would like more information!!!
October Recipe - Nutrition Department
Pumpkin Pudding
This Photo by Unknown
15 oz can pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
(or 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon
nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup 1% milk
1 3.5 ounce box vanilla instant pudding
Mix pumpkin, salt, pumpkin pie spice together.
Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
Add pudding and stir 2 minutes until it thickens.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve by itself or with fresh apple slices.
