❖ Log in to the Applications
OPTION 1 : Through an APP in the Mobile
• Download the “Zenda” app from the Play store or App Store in Android/iOS Devices.
• Click on “ I’m New, Sign me up” Button
• Enter the School Code as “misdoha” and click on sent OTP. You will get an OTP in the registered email with the
school.
• Once you receive the OTP in your mail, enter the received OTP in the app and set your own password
for sign up and using the same Login Credentials, Log into Nexquare Application.
OPTION 2 : Through the Web Browser Browsers like “Google Chrome” or “Firefox” from Windows Laptops or Desktops...etc. The portal application can be accessed through Web link as (www.misdoha.nexquare.io) or We have Embedded the same link in our school website in the main page “Portal Login” Click on Parent Sign Up to register your account for the first time.
❖ Application Dashboards Once after successful login, the user can access Informative sections like Attendance, Circulars, Assessments, Fee Related Items…etc. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Notification The circulars uploaded from the school can be accessed through Notification Icon. An alert will be received in the bell icon which will redirect to the uploaded circulars by clicking the same. Mobile View Desktop View
❖Attendance The attendance marked by the teachers will be visible through the Attendance Module. The details of the Holiday, Late, Absent and Not registered will be shown as per the teacher's entry. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Leave History Students can apply for leave under Leave History. They can apply the leave with valid Medical Certificate after choosing the date and reason for leave. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Fee Payment The details of fee which include the Outstanding/Due’s and Successful Payment Details will be displayed here. The Fee Payment can be proceeded by clicking on the Pay Now button. Note : For the Parent Convenience, We have enabled the Doha Bank Credit Card Payment Gateway Facility to pay the Fee through our portals. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Receipt History The details of fee transactions can be collected through the Receipt History icon. The New Payment can also be made via this module. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Assessments The academic progress of your ward can be accessed through the Assessment Module. Term Report Card & Monthly Report Card can be downloaded as required. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ Coursework The details of Learning plan, Assignments, Homework, Study Material etc. can be accessed through Course Work. Mobile View Desktop View
❖ In Mail The communication within the application can be made available through the In Mail option. The parents, teachers and students' communication can be made successful through this option. Mobile View Desktop View

Will this app crash often or not work as expected, which is
currently happening with the existing Monarch App? Not expected so far
