Plan your perfect party with us
Our farm makes a great party venue: exclusive use, loads of space (catering for
up to 300 people), music, dancing and drinking until 1am, quality food, all the
props, outdoor and indoor games and space for inflatables.
Our experience of delivering weddings lends itself to parties – we’ve got great supplier
contacts, experience of making a vision happen and meticulous organisation skills – we
will deliver a great party for you.
We already have great facilities in place, including a quirky horse trailer Gin and Cocktail
Bar and loads of props within our own Prop Store which you can rummage through.
What we offer:
√ Bars open until 1am with prosecco on tap, a Gin Bar, a Rum Bar, pour your own beer –
all providing a great selection of local drinks and beers
√ Unique guest experience – bow tie-wearing llamas and alpacas and flat cap-wearing
donkeys will mingle with your guests for selfies!
√ Buzz wire, splat the rat and strong man games for guest entertainment
√ Tipi with fire bowl which acts as a chill-out zone and a great area for catching up with
friends and relatives
√ Fire pit for toasting marshmallows and chestnuts with cosy blankets to snuggle up
√ 9-hole crazy golf and a range of garden games
√ Go-carts and ride-on’s for the kids as well as puppet shows and Peppa Pig
√ Sweet Cart for you to fill
We have great food options from informal dining such as build a burger, hog roast,
fantastic grazing tables and a wood burning pizza oven to five course gourmet
fine dining – we cater for all tastes.

Book us for:
• Milestone celebrations – whether one, 18, 40 or 80, every milestone birthday deserves a
special celebration! We will work with you to plan a celebration like no other – tailoring the
activities, food and drink to exactly what you love. We will take your ideas and make them
happen giving you an awesome birthday experience.
• Corporate Parties - We provide an exclusive hire venue for all your company’s
needs. Whether celebrate a company milestone or simply to say thank you to your
team, or wow new clients, we can create a bespoke celebration for you whatever the
circumstances. Our space provides a great solution to host fun ways to build team spirit
and congratulate employees on a job well done. Please see more information in our
special corporate brochure.
• Proms - Our relaxed venue is fun, quirky and magical and absolutely perfect for a Prom.
We can provide a formal event or just loads of fun with games indoors and outdoors and
live music. We can work with you to include photo booths, magicians, DJ, glitter tattoos,
fancy dress, dancing games, contests and talent shows. Don’t forget selfies with our bow
tie-wearing llamas and alpacas and flat cap-wearing cuddly donkeys.
• Christmas – don’t forget we organise Christmas party nights and you can hire our Barn
on an exclusive basis too. Please refer to our separate Christmas brochure for more
details.
Costs (all events are hired on an exclusive basis):
Barn Hire (evenings from 7pm)* - £2,500
Mid-week minimum of 50 guests and Friday / Saturdays – minimum of 70 guests. Please note
weekend hire of the barn can only be booked three months in advance.

Food prices:
• Canapes £6.50 (4 per person) – imaginatively served to your guests on wooden trays and slate
platters – the perfect accompaniment to your welcome drink.
• Grazing tables £22.00 per person - literally a smorgasbord of delights tailored to what you
and your guests will enjoy. All of our grazing tables will contain dishes for vegans and vegetarians
followed by a grazing desert cart.
• Wood fire pizza party £18.00 per person – a variety of pizzas from our wood-fired pizza oven
served on wooden boards accompanied by seasonal salads and homemade wedges. Followed by a
Cake Cart of delights.
• Build a Burger £18.00 per person – Whiteheads’ lamb or beef burgers served with homemade
wedges and seasonal salads – grab a burger and then you create your perfect accompaniments,
with a range of garnishes such as guacamole, chipotle mayo, bacon, caramelised onions, gherkins,
cheese, relish. Followed by a Cake Cart of delights.
• Children – all the above can be provided for children’s parties at a cost of £12.00 per child.
Children are classified as being 5-10 years old.
• Cheese serving station – for all the above options, a cheese serving station can be provided
for an extra £3.95 per person to include a selection of cheeses, chutneys, pickles, grapes, celery
and crackers.
If you would rather have a more formal dining experience, our three course personalised meals can be
provided from £36.00 per head and sample menus are available.
