What to expect Dive into the chapter of the Jungle Book as with a tour through Pench and Tadoba National Parks of India. It’s a wildlife excursion with animals, birds and plants galore as you witness the stunning visuals and the real life characters that inspired Rudyard Kipling’s famous fable. The panoramic beauty of the Central Highlands has been vividly described by a British Officer nameed Captain James Forsyth during the colonial era where he witnessed wildlife coexist in the midst of one of the finest habitats of India. The two mesmerizing havens are known to shelter the likes of Tigers, Sloth Bears, the elusive Leopard, Wild Dogs and Honey Badgers apart from many more. With breathtaking views in the expanse of this outback, one can feel the sense of timelessness as they track their beloved animals. detailed itinerary day 01 Arrival in New Delhi by flight On arrival at the New Delhi Airport, you will be received by our represenattive who will assist you with a smooth check in at the hotel. He will further hand over and explain to you all travel related documents. Overnight at Hotel in New Delhi. day 02 Fly from New Delhi to Nagpur. Drive from Nagpur to Pench After an early breakfast, and transfer to the airport in the morning to board a flight at 1020 hour to arrive in Nagpur at 1200 hrs. Meet our representative at the airport and drive to Pench National Park (100 kms / 2-hour). On arrival, check into the lodge. Post Lunch, head out for afternoon jeep safari to the national park.
Pench welcomes you with open arms and without conditions. This park is located between four different Mountain Ranges - Aravali, Vindhyanchal, Satpura and Maikal. The tracks are smoother, the trees are thicker with dense undergrowth, and perhaps this is the main reason why the herbivore population here is larger in size compared to most of Central India’s National Park. In Pench, Cheetal, Sambar, are commonly seen grazing on the open sites on roadsides and banks of river & reservoir. Jackals can be scouring for food throughout the Park. Packs of upto 15 or more wild dog can be seen near Chhedia, Jamtara, Bodanala and Pyorthadi areas of the Reserve. Herds of gaur can be spotted near streams and bamboo patches commonly in summer months. Sloth beer occupy the rocky areas and favour mahu and bel dominated forest. Chinkara is present in very small numbers and is found in open areas around Turia, Telia and Dudhgaon villages. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. day 03 Pench National Park Morning and afternoon Jeep safaris to the National park. All meals included and overnight stay at the lodge. A total of 758 Sq. kms of this Southern Indian tropical moist deciduous forest has its extent weaving into the tropical dry deciduous teak. The area is crisscrossed by a number of streams and ‘nallahs’ most of which are seasonal. Although, the Pench River dries up in April end, a number of water pools locally known as ‘dohs’ are seen here which serve as water holes for the wildlife prevalent in the area. The Pench Reservoir at the center of the park is the only major water source during this pinch period. day 04 Pench National Park Morning and afternoon Jeep safaris to the National park. All meals included and overnight stay at the lodge. day 05 Drive From Pench to Tadoba National Park After morning jeep safari in the national park, post breakfast, drive to Tadoba national park (250 kms/ 4-hour). On arrival, check into the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Tadoba.

All meals included and overnight stay at the lodge.Tadoba Tiger Reserve is a rare jungle jewel amongst India’s leading tiger reserves and national parks. It is affably called the Land of the Tigers, due to its high tiger density. Recent figures estimate around 65 tigers over a rich jungle spread over 625 square kilometers. Visitors report frequent Tiger and wild dog sightings. In general, the park offers plenty of opportunities for close encounters with wildlife which also include: Leopards, Sloth Bears, Gaur (Indian Bison), Rusty Spotted Cat, Ratel, Indian Mouse Deer, Spotted Deer, Sambar, Wild Pig, Four Horned Antelope, Flying Squirrel, and more. Over 200 species of birds include the crested serpent eagle, honey buzzard, paradise flycatcher, grey-headed fishing eagle, the shy jungle fowl, and much more. day 07 Tadoba National Park Morning and afternoon Jeep safaris to the National park. All meals included overnight stay at the lodge. Densely forested hills form the northern and western boundary of the tiger reserve. The elevation of the hills ranges from 200 m (660 ft) to 350 m (1,150 ft). To the southwest is the 120 ha (300 acres) Tadoba lake which acts as a buffer between the park’s forest and the extensive farmland which extends up to Irai water reservoir. This lake is a perennial water source which offers a good habitat for Muggar crocodiles to thrive. Other wetland areas within the reserve include the Kolsa lake and Andhari river. Tadoba reserve covers the Chimur Hills, and the Andhari sanctuary covers Moharli and Kolsa ranges. It’s bounded on the northern and the western side by densely forested hills. Thick forests are relieved by smooth meadows and deep valleys as the terrain slopes from north to south. Cliffs, talus and caves provide refuge for several animals. The two forested rectangles are formed of Tadoba and Andhari range. The south part of the park is less hilly. Dinner and overnight at the Resort.
day 08 Drive from Tadoba to Nagpur. Fly From Nagpur to New Delhi Morning Jeep safari in the park. After lunch, drive to Nagpur airport (140 kms /3 hrs drive). Arrive New Delhi and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel. day 09 Fly From New Delhi to Onward Destination After breakfast, transfer to International airport to board a flight to back home. **End of Our Serivices**
