It is the vision of Crossfire Premier to provide an holistic youth development program for elite players, nurturing athletic
talent while fostering each individual’s personal growth and character development, fundamental pillars of the complete
Crossfire player. Crossfire Premier aims to field boys’ and girls’ teams that stand out even among the most successful in
America, not solely due to results but also made remarkable by the playing product our players put on display. Crossfire
expects to develop confident, mature players who will go on to play at higher levels, but who are also active, responsible
members of their communities. The vision of Crossfire Premier, in essence, is quality: to produce quality players; to play
quality soccer; to be quality in all that we do and all that we are as a club.
