report
• PW 2019 was sent to the European Commission representative in
  Poland
• We presented PW 2019 at EAPN Poland General Assembly, we had
  also EC representative as a guest with his presentation on the
  European Semester after Europe 2020 Strategy (5 December)
• Another presentation was at ATD Poland small workshop
  (15 January)
• ExCo member (Kamila Płowiec) presented PW at 2 regional
  conferences within project implemented by our host organisation
  WRZOS
Our plans for Poverty Watch 2020
• Data gathering (August, September)
   1. Statistics Poland will publish poverty rates based on household budget survey 2019
      soon. We expect the increase of poverty similar to 2018
   2. We should include all information from covid-19 surveys about impoverishment
      and make predictions for 2020 increase in poverty – much more than in 2019
   3. Improved questionnaire for PEP in multidimensional poverty framework
   4. Seeking other sources of PEP experiences e.g. with help of the PEP coordinator and
      our spokesperson (PEP)
• Dissemination of the report and its messages (17 October and after)
   1.   17 October main event with PEP
   2.   Exclusive to one journalist from top media outlet
   3.   Dissemination through our media contacts
   4.   Dissemination through our social media accounts
   5.   Dissemination to our ngo members

                      6.   Do you have the impression that you or your family/household has an influence on your own life
                           and the life of the environment in which it lives - the lives of other people, families, society? Has
                           there sometimes been a feeling of helplessness, lack of an exit from difficulties, overwhelmed by
                           problems, or a feeling of hope and recovery of influence on your own life? Please give us an
                           example to illustrate this.
                      7.   What positive or negative emotions have you had in your family/household during the last year?
                           Was there more anger, sadness, suffering or joy, love or satisfaction? Please specify the situations in
                           which positive or negative emotions have occurred.
