Loading docks are available for a maximum of 30 minutes for pick up and set down only. The centre Car Parks, Docks and Car Park Equipment are under 24 hours CCTV surveillance. All misuse of equipment will result in removal from site, banning notice for entering the centre and CCTV footage being provided to NSW Police for prosecutions. We also reserve right to clamp wheels.
OTHER INFORMATION & GUIDELINES USE OF LIFTS - Goods lift doors should not be held open without specific approval from GPT Operations Team. The Goods lift has a maximum weight restriction of 2750 kg (distributed load) and is 2.5m x 2m in dimension. The door opening is 1.5m SKIPS AND BINS Casual leasing clients are entitled to use cardboards bins, recycling bins and general wastes in all 5 docks on site. No rubbish is to be kept in the Pop-up space. SITE DIMENSIONS - It is imperative that you remain within the designated boundaries. Failure to adhere to these dimensions may result in the cancellation of your licence agreement. VEHICLE DISPLAYS/ ACCESS - No vehicle access can be permitted after 8am. Please ensure your Bump in details are confirmed with the Security team prior to your arrival. All vehicle display clients must provide tyre mats and drip trays. EXTENSION/ ELECTRICAL CORDS - All extension cords/ electrical leads/ electrical equipment must display an up to date safety test tag and must not be in plain view for guests. STAND ATTENDANCE - Your stand must be manned during trading hours.
PRESENTATION STANDARDS The following conditions will apply in relation to your display and Centre standards: • No handwritten Signage • No visible tape • No visible power cords • Height restriction of 1.5m • Health and Safety: compliance to OHS Rules • No self-decoration i.e. Christmas Decorations, Easter Decorations etc. Please note that Management reserve the right to remove any Pop-up furniture that does not meet The GPT Group Charlestown Square appearance standards.

SAFETY STANDARDS Extension Cords / Electrical Cords • All extension cords / electrical leads/ electrical equipment must display an up to date safety test tag and not be in plain view for guests. All pop up clients must use cord covers for leads that are a trip hazard in any of the formats displayed on the right. Please note that Management reserve the right to remove any Pop-up furniture that does not meet The GPT Group Charlestown Square appearance standards. • All Pop up staff need to adhere to Australian Health and Safety Standards whilst on site. • Any Pop up site selling electrical products of any kind must have a certificate available for inspection at all times that meets the minimum Australian or ISO Standard for sale in Australia. For example AS ISO:8124.
