There are three main elements to the cost of holding your wedding:
USE OF THE VENUE, FOOD & DRINK and any EXTRAS you wish to add.
USE OF THE VENUE
Our prices for use of the venue depend on which season,
day of the week and wedding format you choose.
Our venue hire charge includes use of your chosen areas, all tableware, glassware
and furniture (including Chiavari chairs and sashes) and all staffing costs,
plus a cake stand and knife and an easel for your table plan.
More details and prices are on page 5.
FOOD & DRINK
Food and drink for your day will include reception drinks after the ceremony,
your wedding banquet if you are having an All Day wedding
and food for your evening celebrations.
See pages 6 to 11 for details.
EXTRAS
We can supply a number of extras such as an evening DJ, decorations etc.
These will need to be added separately. Please see page 11 for details.

3YOUR WEDDING FORMAT: ALL-DAY OR TWILIGHT?
Below we have compared All-Day and Twilight weddings. The sample
timelines allow plenty of time for you and your guests to enjoy each part
of your day while ensuring that everything runs smoothly with no delays.
An ALL-DAY wedding starts with an early afternoon ceremony,
which is followed by a wedding banquet. You then move on to the evening
celebrations and dancing, with an evening finger buffet or light barbecue
served to your all-day guests and any extra evening guests.
For an All-Day wedding you will have exclusive access to the Forresters
Suite from 8am on the day of your wedding and we also include
Chiavari chairs with your choice of sashes for your wedding banquet.

A TWILIGHT ceremony takes place from around 5pm and leads straight into
the evening food and celebrations. Generally all your guests will attend the
whole event but you can invite extra evening guests if wished.

4USE OF THE VENUE
The price for the use of the venue includes all the items listed below.
It varies depending on the season, day of the week and format you choose.
Food and drink are paid for separately and you can choose
whatever you wish from our menus on pages 7 to 11.
We also offer a range of finishing touches (page 11) which you may wish to add to your day.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICES BELOW:
Exclusive use of your selected area for the wedding ceremony, including a backup area for
outdoor ceremonies in case of bad weather. Please be aware that the registrar will charge
a separate fee for their services.
Exclusive use of your selected area/s for the rest of your celebrations (note that the
Clubroom is available exclusively after 7.30pm only).

5CHOOSING YOUR FOOD
The following pages contain a selection of menus from which you can put together
your preferred combination for your wedding day. Our wedding team will be happy
to help you to select a menu and wines to suit your requirements.
We offer a selection of canapés (p10) which are ideal to accompany
celebration drinks following your ceremony.
For your main wedding banquet, our Banqueting Menu (p7) offers a range of starters,
main courses and desserts from which you can select two or three courses.
For a more informal wedding meal, you may prefer to choose from our
Gourmet Barbecue, Buffet, Carvery or Street Food menus (p8-9).
To follow these we offer a selection of Light Desserts (p9)
which can be eaten in your fingers.
For the evening celebrations, we can serve a Finger Buffet (p10) or,
for something more substantial, a Traditional Favourites Barbecue (p9).
To stave off hunger later in the evening we offer Late Night Munchies
such as ‘help-yourself’ cheese and paté platters (p10).
OUR WEDDING MENUS
The prices in the following pages are based on all guests having the same menu.
If you wish to select more than one dish for any course we will be happy to
arrange this, but please be aware that this may incur an additional cost.
Children are welcome. Under-11s eat at half price and can either have a half portion
from the main menu or choose from our children’s menu (please ask for details).
If you have guests with special dietary requirements please let us know.
We do take great care in preparing all our dishes, however we cannot
guarantee that they are nut or allergen free. All dishes can be
prepared gluten free; please advise us at time of booking.
Please note that all food and drink consumed on the premises must be provided
by Forrester Park with the exception of the wedding cake and specialist food
suppliers approved by us.

We are happy to organise drinks however you wish during the daytime and evening.
You can pre-order and pay for reception drinks and/or wine during the meal,

We offer a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks, but if you would like something in
particular please let us know and we will make sure we have it for you.
All drinks prices include bar and wine-waiting staff as required.

13BOOKING INFORMATION
When you are ready to book you will need to return the
Booking Form and sign the conditions of booking.
At time of booking we will also require a deposit of £500 to secure the date.
We will ask you for a further £1,000 to be paid nine months before the day of your wedding.
The balance of payment, final numbers and menu choices are due six weeks before the day.
If there are any other costs incurred after this time payment for these must be made on the day.
If you wish to spread the cost we are happy to accept payment by instalments.
Please note that all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable
under any circumstances (please see our full terms and conditions).
We suggest that you take out your own wedding insurance for peace of mind.
You will need to contact the registrar direct to book the civil ceremony;
they will charge a fee for their services. Please let us have a copy of the
details of the date and time when you have received them.
If you wish to use your own suppliers we will need their contact details
and a copy of a valid certificate of liability insurance.
Any electrical equipment you or your suppliers bring in
will be required to have a valid PAT certificate.
Set-up and removal times must be agreed in advance and adhered to.
All food and drink consumed on the premises must be provided by Forrester Park
with the exception of the cake and specialist food suppliers approved by us.
