Ongoing Events
Easter Egg Counting Contest, daily—Visit the jars at the
Beach Club Reception Desk and in The Cloister Colonial
Lounge to enter the Easter Egg challenge and a chance to
win the jar of candy eggs! Winners will be announced prior
to the Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 12 at Retreat
Clubhouse. Complimentary. Must be present to win.
The Lobby Bar, 6–9 p.m., Thursday–Sunday—Join us in
The Cloister Colonial Lounge before or after dinner for a
cocktail and enjoy a variety of live music covering all genres.

Lounge, 5:30–6:30 p.m.––All guests and Sea Island Club
members are invited to this annual holiday gathering
featuring light bites, cocktails, and live music with the
Jackie Monroe Trio. Complimentary. Jacket suggested, tie

Bingo in The Cloister Ballroom, 9 p.m.––Card sales begin
at 8 p.m., game begins at 9 p.m. $5/card. A jacket, collared

The Perfect Gnocchi Demo at Tavola, 2 p.m.––Become
a master at creating the perfect gnocchi by joining us for
a cooking demo in Tavola. Discuss and construct this
beautiful dish and learn from a talented Sea Island chef.

Easter Egg Flips Beverage Demo at Tavola Bar, 3 p.m.
Flips, a delicious and fascinating cocktail, has a wonderfully
rich history dating back to the 1600s. Our bartender will
share insights and techniques for mastering the art of the

Put on your best bunny attire and hop down to the beach
for a one-mile walk/run. Fun for the entire family! Prizes
will be awarded to the top three costumes! Complimentary.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny in the Mizner Ballroom,
8:30–9:30 a.m.––Have an eggstra-special breakfast with
the Easter Bunny and welcome the start of the holiday
weekend! Resort casual. $39/person (ages 2 and up)
includes breakfast and activities. Photos with the Easter
Bunny will be available for an additional fee.

Cloister Creations: Mimosas and Masterpieces in the
Black Banks Parlor, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.––Join an artist for
a morning of fun, painting, and mimosas overlooking

Good Friday Service in The Cloister Chapel,
12–12:30 p.m.––Join us for a special ecumenical Christian

The Art of Easter Egg Dying in the Ocean Room,
3:30 p.m.––Join the Junior Staff for an exciting and
interactive class to learn different techniques for dying
Easter eggs. A mess is sure to be made, so please dress
appropriately! $45/child includes all supplies and a dozen
eggs. Reservations and Beach Club access required.
Masters Putting Tournament, 4–6 p.m.––To
commemorate Masters weekend, join us for a competitive
putting tournament on The Speedway course at The
Lodge. The winner will receive their own green jacket! The
Masters will be shown in the Pool House with golf-themed
hors d'oeuvres. $35/person to play (ages 6 and up). Junior
golfers (ages 6–11) must play with an adult. All players
will compete in the same division. Cash bar. Reservations

Easter 5K, Beach Club Entrance, 8:30 a.m.––The race
will wind down our palm-lined drive alongside the peaceful
marshes. Pre-registered guests may check in the day
before the race at the Fitness Center from 4:30–7 p.m. or
beginning at 7:30 a.m. day-of at the Beach Club.
$55/pre-registered, $60/day-of registration. T-shirt and
express breakfast included. Awards for top finishers in each
age group. Reservations required.

Holiday
Cancellation Policy
For April 8-12, all events and activities (including Yacht Club, Fitness,
Tennis, Spa, Golf, Shooting School, Camp Cloister, and Equestrian)
require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel within the noted
time frame will result in a $25/person charge. Equestrian will be charged the
full cost of the activity. All no-show reservations, that are not cancelled, will be
charged the full rate of the event or activity.
Bingo no-show reservations and cancellations within 48 hours will be
charged $50/person.
Broadfield requires cancellations 72 hours prior to activity. Broadfield
cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full cost of the activity.
Restaurant Dining requires cancellations to be made 6 hours prior to
reservation. Restaurant Dining no-show reservations or cancellations within
6 hours will be charged $50/person. Restaurant reservations will be honored
for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time. After the additional 15
minutes have passed, the table will be released and your party will be placed on
the list to be seated at the next available table.
Special Holiday Dining Events requires cancellations to be made 24 hours
prior to reservations. For Special Holiday Dining Events, no-show reservations
or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged full price.
Tax and Service Charge may be added to most Activities and Special
Holiday Dining Events.
