Saclà was founded in Asti, Piedmont, northern Italy, more
than 75 years ago. Today the company is still passionately run
by the same family of food lovers dedicated to making authentic
contemporary Italian foods.
Saclà still uses only the finest selected ingredients and, not
surprisingly, all of our products are made in Italy.
We make our sauces with respect for the next generations: we
have installed more than five thousand square meters of solar
panels in the family’s factory in Italy, producing enough power
to run a complete production line.

Antipasti is like a small treat before the meal. It is so easy to
prepare: in Italy we usually mix different kinds of antipasti on
a plate and offer them to guests together with an aperitivo or
a glass of wine. The aperitif includes some appetizers: olives,
freshly roasted vegetables, red peppers, courgettes, aubergines,
asparagus - whatever’s in season - tiny crostini spread of
tapenade or grissini (breadsticks) wrapped with prosciutto
crudo. It is a perfect way to start the meal, stimulating the
appetite and creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Saclà
offers a wide range of antipasti and bread toppings, great to
serve before the meal and to accompany main dishes.

Our production lines are flexible and can be adapted to allow high speed, semi-artisanal and even
