   ABOUT OUR YOUTH SPORTS LEAGUES
Appleton Parks and Recreation is committed to providing a high-quality
youth sports experience for our participants, parents, coaches, and
spectators. All our youth sports leagues are driven by a firm commitment
to a set of consistent core values – Inclusion, Skill-Development, Family
Balance, and Lifelong Enjoyment of the game. To learn more about our
program philosophy and for details about our available leagues, visit
   www.appletonparkandrec.org or email aprdsports@appleton.org.

TEEN CORE PROGRAMMING: Leagues below that contain
the Teen Core apple logo are a part of our teen recreation
initiative. Teen Core is an opportunity for teens ages 12-15 to
participate in the sports and activities they love, or try
something new, in an inclusive, recreational setting that stresses
skill development, teamwork, and promotes lifelong participation.

VOLUNTEER COACHES: Our sports programs rely on great
volunteer coaches. Coaching is a rewarding way to positively impact the
lives of our young athletes. We provide comprehensive training and
lesson materials which enable all of our volunteers to be successful, so if
you have the skill and confidence to lead and encourage kids, then you
already have what it takes to be a great coach!
