MUNRO
Stunning views, perfect layout
We're excited to bring you one of our latest designs, the
Munro, and the stand-out feature has to be the full height
and width glass front. If you have a location with a
stunning view, this has got to be the best way to see it, no
matter the outside weather conditions.
The pod comes complete with a full-sized double bed,
sofa bed, kitchen area and en-suite. The layout offers a
spacious interior living area and a partitioned off sleeping
zone for some extra privacy. There's a full-sized shower in
the bathroom too.
Like all our pods, the Munro is fully insulated and double-
glazed. With the addition of underfloor heating, it is
suitable for use all year round.
The pod sits on generous footprint of 6700mm x 3250mm,
and of course you can customise any of the design
elements and colour scheme to your choosing. We're sure
the Munro will quickly become one of our most popular
pod choices for new and existing customers.

Everything you need, within a
compact footprint
The Kelvin has proven to be one of most popular pods.
The clever design elements combine a double bed, sofa
bed, kitchen area and full en-suite - including a 1200mm
shower unit. There's even space for a small dining table
and chairs. All within a relatively compact footprint.
Your customers will really like the layout of this pod. The
extra width at 3500mm means there's enough room for
everyone to relax in comfort. The addition of a sidelight
to the front door, and a Velux window in the roof means
there's loads of natural lighting to enhance the spacious
and airy feel of this pod.
Of course, the Kelvin is fully double-glazed and insulated,
so whatever the weather your customers will be cosy,
warm and dry.

Side entry luxury
If you want something with a larger footprint and unique
style, then check our our side entry pod, the Blackadder.
With unique curves, and an incredibly spacious layout this
pod just oozes class and sophistication.
There's a separate kitchen with hob and oven, and room
for a microwave. And we've added a solid wood breakfast
bar. It's fully en-suite of course, with the added luxury of
underfloor heating or gas central heating.
The open plan living area separates the kitchen and
sleeping spaces, and there's a king size bed.
The large, double door with sidelight windows lets the
outside in, whatever the weather. The outside lighting
package completes a stunning pod design that commands
high nightly rates from customers. Definitely something
for the glamping connoisseur.

Modern styling, fully

Most of our glamping pods feature the classic design of
our curved roof extending to the base of the pod. If you
want something with modern styling, a more traditional
gable roof and log-cabin feel, then check out the
Contemporary pod.
It's a fully featured pod with en-suite, kitchen area,
double bed and sofa bed. Heating options include fully
electric underfloor heating or gas central heating. The full
height windows and doors offer unparalleled views to the
outside space.
Although designed as glamping accommodation, The
Contemporary is fully customisable, so is equally perfect
as a home office or garden room. Just tell us how you
would like to use the space, and we will design something
amazing for you.

LOMOND
Back to basics
We've been making pods for years, and when the
glamping industry first hit the UK, pods were fairly basic:
a warm and dry place to bed down for the night, but
without some of the luxuries associated with our newer,
high end pods.
The Lomond is one of our latest iterations of this more
simple style of glamping pod. There's no en-suite, but
with our modular bedding system the pod has room to
sleep 5 adults, and there's an integrated table and chairs
too. And if the layout isn't quite right for you, we can
adapt it to sleep 6, or shrink down the footprint for a cosy
2 or 4 berth option. Check out The Ettrick, Forth, Teviot,
Tweed pods on our website. The Forth comes with WC.
Perhaps most suitable for clientelle such as hill-walkers
and cyclists, if you are a looking for a cost-effective entry
into glamping, then a few Lomond pods accompanying a
toilet and shower block could be just what you need. And
one big advantage of the Lomond is the fast turnaround
time between customers - about 10 minutes per pod!

OPTIONS
We can customise pretty much any element of your
pod design, including the size, but here's some of
the main materials and options available
Roofing System
We use Metrotile Vixen roofing tiles on most of our pods, available in a
number of colour options, including bronze, charcoal, terracotta, red
and green. This extremely hard-wearing material requires no
maintenance, and comes with 40-year manufacturer's guarantee. Or
you can upgrade to DECRA metal roofing for a more decorative finish.
Cladding
Most of our customers choose painted or stained external high-grade
Redwood pine loglap cladding, but you can have any wood finish you like,
including Scottish larch or cedar. For a low maintenance option, we offer
composite cladding in a number of finishes. Our internal cladding options
include pine wood grain or super-smooth painted MDF lining boards.
Windows and Doors
We install double-glazed uPVC windows and doors that are available in
a number of different colour options. You can choose full height
windows, and low threshold single or double doors. Many of our pods
come with a Velux window as standard, but you can also add this to
your own pod design.
Heating and Power
Choose how you want to heat and power your pod. Our pods are
available as fully electric, or combined with an LPG gas boiler, and if
you are off-grid we can install solar panels. Underfloor heating is a
popular option. All our en-suite pods come with electric sockets
including USB charging.
Colour Options
Why not personalise your pod to reflect your individual style. The roof,
external and internal cladding, doors, windows, worktops, kitchen units
and bathroom furniture can all be customised to colour options and
materials of your choosing.

Here's an indication of the timeline from idea to reality.
Step 1 Design
Week 1 Choose one of our stock pod options and all you

designer will work with you to create a bespoke
pod that's unique to you. 3D images and plans
help you visualise your creation.
Step 2 Planning
If you require planning, we will draw up plans suitable
for submission, provide details of materials, external
elevations and any other information your planning
department needs about your pod. We can also
arrange a site visit if required.
Step 3 Order
When you are ready to place an order, we will ask for
a deposit to secure a manufacturing slot.
Step 4 Manufacture
We can start the build process at any point after
your design is finalised, but you may wish to wait
for your planning application to be approved first.
A 40% down payment is required at this stage.
We will keep you fully informed during the
manufacturing process.
Step 5 Delivery & Siting
Week 12 - 16 Time to get excited! After payment of the remaining
balance, our experienced haulage company will
deliver your pod to your chosen location. If
necessary, for an additional fee Podz R Us staff can
attend delivery to coordinate and complete siting to
your absolute satisfaction.
