Bali Raw Living Culinary Arts
~ 2-week certification course ~
You will learn to prepare raw-living-luscious-world-cuisine & useful-easily-appliable
nutritional information with a wide-open view from a modern scientific perspective on raw &
plant-based nutrition as well as the ancient wisdom of the traditional Chinese tonic herbal
and Ayurvedic health systems from an Eastern perspective.

Not only will you receive certification, but you will gain full confidence to apply your
knowledge to your daily life and full enthusiasm to share your passion with the world!

Through the experience we will share together, we will re-connect ourselves to nature to
restore and reinforce our “health” & to find our own individual path to a sustainable, radiant
and healthy lifestyle!

Dis-ease, is simply dis-harmony from nature. If we can align ourselves with the universal
energy, our body, mind & spirit function perfectly the way they were designed to. How simple
is that? And what if “what we eat” is the easiest access to that alignment?

Why do we eat? What is food? What are we made of? If we give off energy & vibration, why
don’t we eat light & higher vibration? …We are going to examine all these simple questions
throughout the training.

My passion is to share, teach & remind us all that we all are fountains of potential. You can
do anything you want & you can become anything you want to become. Food is my tool to
discover that. For some people, it is painting, singing, playing music, or mediation etc. We
are going to learn the tools to discover your true purpose, -dharma-, that you are here & now
on this planet, to activate ourselves to reach our full potential, to heal our body, mind &
spirit, for yourself and for all living beings. All this is possible from the simple act of “eating”!

From my experience with un-cooked food, it is all about playing around with flavor, texture &
colour! Preparing raw living food is, as far as I know, by far one of the most beautiful
works/acts that you can contribute to yourself and to the world. Your life becomes a full
spectrum of colours of fruits & flowers, full of joy & excitement, of vibrations through veggies
& plants, full appreciation& gratitude for being nourished by nourishing others, by becoming
the bridge between them & mother earth. I will share all the tips to create the fun and vibrant
raw dishes whether you want to recreate your old traditional dishes or create a totally new
contemporary extravaganza. Guaranteed that you will end up being amazed how amazing
you are!

Whether you are searching for a new beginning for your life, or wanting to be free from the
old paradigm, or seeking simply more knowledge in nutrition or more hands-on skills, or
wanting to open your own health food shop or raw food café, we are here for you to
serve/meet your individual purpose.

*Please note that you will receive the “certification of completion” of 2 weeks
intensive raw food chef training. Although it is not national license, it proves your
knowledge & skills to apply for the same field. I will provide a recommendation letter if
requested.

1 dinner out -- will be at your cost on field trip day.

There is 1 day off (from study) in the middle of the course.
No meal will be provided on this day.

Flight and accommodation are not included.

Upon your agreement with all the information in this booklet, please make the full
payment using any of the below-listed payment methods. Then please confirm your
payment by emailing us. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation.
Please note that your position is secured when we have received your full payment.
You will receive further schedule details one month before class starts.

international transaction fee on your end (usually around 30 USD)
* please contact us if you would like to transfer Indonesian Rupiah. No other currency
accepted.

2- By PayPal: please add 4% transaction fee to the due amount. (Total: 2308 USD)

CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU CANCEL THE PARTICIPATION

Please note that there will be no refund or discounts for arriving late, leaving early,
flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the event
for any reason, the refund policy below will apply, with no exceptions. To protect
yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds apply as follows:
More than 8 weeks before the start of the course: 100% refund less 10% handling fee.
4 to 8 weeks before the start of the course: 50% refund less 10% handling fee.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course: no refund.

IF WE CANCEL THE EVENT

In any circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust the program (i.e., replace a
facilitator).

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the event due to illness, emergency, death,
natural disaster or political upheaval, etc., alternate dates will be offered. Registrants
unable to attend on the alternate dates will receive a full refund.

We cannot, however, compensate you for any incurred airfare, travel, or
accommodation costs. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel
insurance.

NOTE & TRAVEL INSURANCE

1- We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may occur during the
retreat. All students are strongly recommended to have their own travel insurance to
cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary.

2- We are limiting the class to 16 students. All practical skill classes will be held in pairs
or groups of 4 people.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE & VISA INFO

Welcome meeting at 5 pm on the 1st day followed by a welcome dinner.
Please make sure to arrive on time!

We will have a closing circle on the last day and finish the event around 11-12:00.

No classes on arrival or departure day.

AIRPORT PICK UP

We recommend arranging your airport pick up with your accommodation. You can
also take the official taxi stand just outside the baggage claim at the DPS airport.
There s also a official taxi right outside of the airport. Here are our recommended

VISA

Visitors from most countries do not require a visa if you are staying 30 days or less.

If you think you might want to extend your stay beyond 30 days, you will need to
purchase the Visa on Arrival directly at the airport or at the Indonesian embassy in
your home country. It will cost around 30 USD and is required to apply for an
extension. Immigration rules change here all the time, please check again on the
Internet before you book your travel.
