Meals:
Everyone will be fed all their meals and snacks for the duration of the camp, but please let us know if your student
has any special dietary or learning needs on the ‘Gateway Camp Parental Approval and Application Form’.
Students will learn Māori customs and kaitiaki practices, go kiwi spotting, work amongst New Zealand native birds
and gain an understanding of tourism sustainability. They get a chance to work in a realistic tourism environment
that is one of its kind in New Zealand. Limited spaces are available on this camp.
All pages in the ‘Gateway Camp Parental Approval and Application Form’ must be completed, signed (by parent/
caregiver), collected by Gateway Coordinators, and then emailed or posted to ServiceIQ before students are registered.
