SUSAN BUHR is Broker and owner of PDS Real Estate- licensed for 12 years, a graduate from
Franklin University with a BS in Business/Public Administration. She is a past member of
the Government Affairs, Grievance Committee member and currently serves as a member of
Professional Standards Committee. In addition, she is an active member of Hilliard Chamber
of Commerce, Hilliard Area Reality and Independent Brokers Association. Being a Broker has
afforded her the ability to develop business and technology skills, along with her 22 years
experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in senior management positions will provide the skills
and knowledge useful for the MLS Committee.
JIM THOMPSON, Managing Partner with Hayes Realty, has been a REALTOR® for almost 10
years since relocating to Columbus from NE Ohio. Jim first was licensed as a REALTOR in
south Florida in the late ‘70’s. He is currently President of Southern Delaware County Realty
Association and is very active in numerous other associations in the Columbus market. His
desire is to serve the members of the Columbus REALTORS® on the MLS Committee. He wishes
to give back to an industry that has given much to him. Jim has been active with serving
Ronald McDonald House, People in Need in Delaware County and helping with fundraising
efforts for Buckeye Ranch and The Maria Tiberi Foundation.

SYLVIA EFTA was licensed in 2002 and has worked with C.R.O'Neil Realtors since getting
her license. Sylvia served as Secretary and President of the N.A.R.E.A (North Area Real Estate
Association), and on the following Columbus REALTORS® Committees, Awards Committee,
Technology Users Committee, Fair Housing Committee, and CORPAC Committee. She was
also Chair of the Award's Committee for two years, and the Tech Users Committee for one
year. While on the Technology Users Committee, Sylvia also attended MLS Committee as the
committee liaison. Sylvia served one year as an OAR Director. Sylvia works for the Franklin
County Board of Elections as a poll worker.
JP FAULKNER, broker/owner of Faulkner Realty Group and was licensed in 1992. He became
a broker in 1997 and has continues to serve on numerous Columbus Realtors committees
including most recently Grievance. JP is a big community supporter as has served as past
president of the Mid-town Realtor Association; board member for The Ohio Preservation
Alliance; board member for Clintonville Community Resource Center and a repeat co-chair of
the Clintonville Homes Tour. Always staying up-to-date on national trends, JP has attended
every NAR Convention since 1993. JP has earned his 5, 10 and 25 Million Dollar Awards as well
as the GMAC Medallion Summit Club Award.
BRANDI J. NEWLAND, Brandi J. Newland, Broker with RE/MAX RIGHT NOW is a graduate of
The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology. Brandi was active in
the Young Republicans of Franklin County and later became their Secretary. She has worked
on the campaigns of Congressman Steve Stivers and Senator Jim Hughes just to name a few.
Brandi is a Teaching Instructor and travels around Ohio teaching other REALTORS® about the
ins and outs of HUD homes. She also contributes to the IN CONTRACT magazine about HUD
topics. Brandi is always volunteering her time for various projects and her friends.
DONALD PAYNE, JR, REALTOR®, ABR, Buyer Agent for Don Payne Group, Vision Realty, Inc.
In less than 2 years, Donald Jr. has closed 71 units with buyers and investors. He has co-oped
with other central Ohio Realtors in 7 counties. Donald Jr. is on the Westerville Chamber
of Commerce YPN Planning Committee, and a member of the Columbus REALTORS®
Independent Broker's Association (IBA). He enjoys talking to people over lunch and hearing
their life's story.

CHRIS REESE – Chris was licensed with Metro II Realty in 1977, and took over as the principal
broker for the company in 2007. She continues to work as a full-time agent, and has won
many sales awards over her career including the Columbus 2005 Charter Member Lifetime
Achievement Award and the Ohio 2014 Award of Distinction. She has served and chaired
on numerous Columbus REALTORS® committees including the Leadership Council which
formatted the Leadership Academy. She is an Ohio and National Director. Chris was President
of the Columbus REALTORS® in 2006, and REALTOR® of the Year for Columbus in 2009.
VICKI EISEL STARINSKY has been a licensed Realtor for 11+ years and owns EXIT Today
Realty in Columbus, OH. Vicki has been awarded Top Salesperson for EXIT Realty Ohio as well
as having multiple awards for Million Dollar Months. Vicki has been the #17 Agent across the
U.S. and is a multimillion dollar producer. Vicki has the ePRO designation distinguishing her
as an internet savvy pro. Vicki is a member in good standing with the National Association of

MARA ACKERMANN, ABR, ABRM, GRI, CRS, CRB, LHMS, has been a licensed real estate
agent since 1998 and an Ohio Broker since 2002. A Columbus native, she is the Broker/Owner
of RE/MAX Consultant Group in New Albany. In 2004, she was recognized by REALTOR®
Magazine as the 30 Under 30 as well as Columbus Business First as Forty under 40.
RE/MAX International presented Mara the Broker/Owner of the Year Award in 2006 and
the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 2007. Mara has previously served on the MLS, Standard
Forms, and Member Services Committees.
ADDIE DAVIS-HOLSINGER has been with RE/MAX Capital Centre, Inc. since 2006. Addie
served on the Sales Advisory Committee and Government Affairs Committee multiple
years since joining Columbus REALTORS®. She served as 2013 President of the North Area

member. He is the sitting President of Stone-Landing Condominium Assoc. Aaron’s desire to
serve on the MLS Committee is to give back to the industry and apply his practical business
acumen to it. Additionally, he is personally an active real estate investor and also, assists his
clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
CINDY DUNIGAN, ABR, GREEN, e-PRO, is a seasoned, respected and successful sales associate
licensed since 1985. She is currently a Partner Agent with e-Merge Real Estate. She is active
in her brokerage as a trainer, mentor and coach. In her prior brokerage, HER, REALTORS®,
she owned and operated a successful satellite office for six years. A longtime member of the
North Area Real Estate Association, Cindy has participated on many committees and served
as the tour director. She is a hardworking, dedicated professional committed to helping her
fellow agents and contributing to the real estate industry.

KATIE MCCARTNEY is a Real Estate Consultant with Cam Taylor REALTORS® licensed in 2007.
Katie was a 10 Under 40 Honoree in 2014, a 2014 graduate of the Leadership Academy, and
the Chair of the Business Technology Forum in 2012. She also conducts classes on the subject
of Internet Marketing (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) at the Columbus REALTORS®. Katie's bachelor
degree in Business Administration from Miami University is in Management Information
Systems. Prior to her real estate career she implemented an information system that tracked
4.5 million gross square feet of space for the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
BRANDON PREWITT is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Metro Plus. Brandon received his sales
license in 2005 and broker's license in 2011. As an active member of Columbus REALTORS®,
Brandon served as Co-Chair of the YPN Committee (2013) which was recognized as Chapter of
the Year - Large Market by NAR. Brandon has also served on the Member Service Committee
and has been an OAR Director. He frequently travels to industry events to learn best practices
from agents in other states. Brandon is a member of the $10 million Club and RE/MAX
100% Club.
JUSTIN SALI is a REALTOR® licensed in 2005. He is a full time agent at ERA Home Network
Real Estate. He has never run or served on a committee before but believes that it is never too
late to start. He uses the MLS each day and looks forward to representing all agents so that
they have the best tools available to them.
SHAUN SIMPSON is an experienced sales associate with Cutler Real Estate who focuses on
community service and industry involvement and helps with the education of new agents.
He's a former board member of the New Albany Chamber of Commerce, member of the
Powell Chamber of Commerce and board member of Powell’s Board of Zoning Appeals. He's
on the Sales and Marketing and Associates Committees with the BIA and a member of YPN,
CORPAC, Government Affairs and BRAC committees with Columbus REALTORS®. Shaun has
a BBA in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Cincinnati and MBA in Finance at
