CONDITIOS
1. GENERAL RPOVISIONS
1.1. Format of play, definitions, starting ТEE
a. Number of rounds:
The tournament is held in 54 holes, golf course
Superior Golf Club, in three golfing rounds.
b. Play format:
• for a count of strokes ignoring the handicap;
• for a count of strokes with the handicap;
• for a count of Stableford Net scores with the
handicap;
c. The round is held under the requirements:
Laws of golf, Local regulations, Standard and Code
of Conduct, Requirements to the pace of the play,
Conditions.
d. Definitions:
«Family» – are persons, who are members of one family:
a husband and a wife (having a document certifying their marriage), «PRO» (professional players) – is a person, whose
or parents and children from the same family, or a husband and status does not conform to the amateur status in golf.

Staring ТEE:
«Amateur» – is a golf player, whose status in golf conforms for amateur males and PRO – yellow,

e. Start:
Start type is subsequent TI No.1/No.10, according to
the Staring Protocol, since 08:00 of every day of the
competition:
July 16 (the first day of the play), one round
18 holes, starting groups are formed considering
players’ handicap: by the principle «from the best
to the worst handicap»
July 17 (the second day of the play), one round
18 holes, starting groups are formed considering
the results of the first day: by the principle «the best
begin first»
July 18 (the third day of the play), one round
18 holes, screening (it.1.4), starting groups are formed
considering the results of the first and second day:
by the principle «the worst begin first»
PRO players start in separate groups.
Players who use golf-cars without medical indications
form separate groups.
Note:
The Tournament
Committee is entitled to
add PRO and non-MAP
players wi8thout medical
indications into general
groups.
1.2. Requirements to participants
a. Applications for participation are accepted from both
males and females:
• Capable to maintain a fast pace of the play
(determined by the receiver of the Club),
as well as
• Having an active WHS handicap

a. The Tournament Committee may perform screening following the results

1.5. Disqualification

competition is imposed only to the round, during which the
event took place, where players are disqualified.
b. If the Penalty in the form of disqualification for violation of
Standards and Code of Conduct of the player, the player
at fault automatically takes the last position in the final
protocol and is not allowed to play in the golf course on
the next day of the Championship. Besides, he/she is not
allowed to attend the awarding ceremony.
Note:
The player, who was disqualified for violation of Standards and
Code of Conduct of the player, may not pretend to receipt of any prizes
in any nomination (additional nominations).1.6. Settlement of equal results
a. If after the last round the results of the players pretending
to the first place «in the format of the play for a count
of strokes» turned out to be equal, they are offered to
replay starting from hole No.1 (or from the hole that
will be available for start) of the golf course, where the
competition has taken place.
b. Replay is held in the format of the play for a count of
strokes ignoring the handicap until the first missed hole
by one (or until one winner remains, if more than two
players take part) of the players.
c. If one of the players refuses to replay, he is considered to
lose the replay and take the lower place.
d. If all players refuse to replay, places are considered to be
distributed under the result calculation algorithm of the
Data Golf Unified handicap calculation system (UHCS).
e. If similar equality is available in any
other position of the final protocol

submitted by the Tournament Committee only
if in writing in any format. The Tournament
Committee is entitled to ignore and not to consider
any verbal appeals.
1.8. Anti-doping
Every participant of the competition must adhere to the anti-doping standards established
by the International Gold Federation (IGF).
Players, who take any drugs and have doubts of their conformity to these requirements, must turn to the
UGF for recommendations AT LEAST 30 DAYS UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF THE COMPETITION.2. COMMITTEE
2.1. Make-up
The Tournament Committee is responsible for sport issues
and is entitled to make changes in these Conditions.
The Tournament Committee comprises:

2.2. Cancellation and change of the term for holding
competitions
The Tournament Committee may reduce the number or cancel
a round, suspend or postpone the play for later period, cancel the
competition or take any other decision.
2.3. Intervention
Any interventions in operation of the Tournament • expression (pressure) towards the Tournament
Committee, for example, Committee’s members with disrespect and

• calculation of the results, or – are regarded as the violation of Standards and Code

Amateurs, citizens of Ukraine – a separate ranking among males and females
– males – under the requirements of item 1.2 of these Conditions
– females – players, who took the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, are awarded

(FAMILY RANKING) – a general ranking for males and females
Amateurs, citizens of Ukraine – under the requirements of item 1.2 of these Conditions
– males – the «family», who will take the 1st place, is awarded (with precious gifts)
– females – «representatives of one family» are involved for participation», where two best
family results achieved for three tournament days are taken into account
The best result for a count of strokes ignoring the handicap «Best – general ranking among all groups
Gross» – separate ranking among males and females in all groups and age
Amateurs and PRO categories
– males – players, who took the first place, are awarded
– females – precious gifts

Residual amount of
nominations and titles are
determined by the actual
availability of prizes and gifts
from sponsors on the day of
the awarding ceremony.4.2. World Amateur golf rating (WAGR)
The results of the Championship are forwarded
to WAGR office for further processing.

WAGR office may cancel
the results, if the basic
requirements and norms have
not been fulfilled such as: number
of scoring rounds, amount of
players, rating scratch results

4.3. WHS handicaps system
(recalculation of handicaps)
