Day 2 This morning we travel to East Runton to start our walk to the 17th century National Trust house of Felbrigg
Hall to visit the hall, walled garden and parkland. In the afternoon, walk to the seaside town of Cromer for
some free time to explore, take a walk on the pier or even climb the 172 steps to the top of Norfolk’s tallest
church tower.
Day 3 A private coach takes us to Blickling Estate for a morning walk around the lake and park. You can join the
morning garden tour if you would like to learn about the gardens in more depth. There will be some free time
to take a look around the Jacobean Blickling Hall before our coach takes us back to the hotel.
Day 4 Private transport takes us to Wells-next-the-Sea where we’ll have time to explore before our walk to
Holkham beach; one of the most unspoilt and beautiful stretches of sand in the country. We’ll then take a
short walk through the deer park to the 18th century Palladian mansion, Holkham Hall.
Day 5 We are able to walk direct from the hotel to the National Trust property of Sheringham Park with time to
wander the park and woodland gardens with their 80 species of Rhododendrons and Azaleas. We finish the
day walking to Sheringham before returning to the hotel for our final evening meal.
Day 6 Your holiday comes to an end and departure is after breakfast.

Day 3 Spend some time enjoying the atmosphere of the historic market town of Alnwick, before arriving at Alnwick
Castle which you can look around at your leisure. Your entrance ticket also allows you to visit The Alnwick

Day 4 Your second coastal day; walking along the huge stretch of sandy beach between the village of Bamburgh,
with its iconic castle, to Seahouses, a gateway to the Farne Islands. We start at Bamburgh village heading
towards one of the largest inhabited castles in the country, Bamburgh Castle. We’ll take in the outstanding
views, crashing waves and the ‘Big Skies’ as we reach the harbour in Seahouses. The coastline is a
designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Day 5 This morning, you’ll have time to enjoy the gardens and house of the popular and informal National Trust
property Wallington. In the afternoon, take in a circular walk, further exploring the variety of the estate
grounds, perhaps seeing red squirrels or an occasional otter.

Reaching Cambados, we visit a traditional winery.
Day 7 The Pazo de Rubianes has been awarded “international excellence” for its gardens, which we visit along with
the manor house. This afternoon we take a boat trip on the ria and enjoy a tasting of local Albariño wines.
Day 8 After breakfast, we leave for the Pazo de Faramello, an 18th century building, directly on St James’ Way. After a
gentle stroll, we’ll enjoy lunch at Parada do Francos, before we arrive at the airport for our flight home.

We stay one night at the Ibis Styles in A Coruña. This offers style and comfort on the edge of the city. In Pontevedra,
