Important Supplier Information Heli transfers have been re-introduced by the Resort with Heli Tours being a preffered supplier fo helicopter transfers How to Get There Royal Davui is located off the coast of Pacific Harbor, which is approximately a 2.5 hour’s drive from Nadi Airport. There are four options of getting to/from Royal Davui: Scheduled (daily) Plane and Launch Transfer includes an air transfer from Nadi Airport to the Pacific Harbor air-strip, from there guests will connect the resort water taxi from the Pacific Harbor Jetty. There are two departures daily from Nadi Airport 0930 Hours and 1530 Hours Departures from Royal Davui to Nadi Airport are at 0900 Hours and 1500 Hours * Baggage allowance of 20 kilograms per person applies* Scheduled (daily) Private Car and Launch Transfer this transfer includes a private vehicle transfer from Nadi Airport to Pacific Harbor to connect the Royal Davui resort operated water taxi. The Water Taxi departs from the Pacific Harbor Jetty twice daily at 1000 Hours and 1600 Hours, returning from Royal Davui back to Pacific Harbor Jetty at 0930 Hours and 1500 Hours. Schedule (daily) Launch Transfer from Pacific Harbor Jetty to/from Royal Davui for guests who choose to find their own transportation to Pacific Harbor and connect the Royal Davui Water Taxi. Water Taxi departs from the Pacific Harbor Jetty twice daily at 1000 Hours and 1600 Hours, returning from Royal Davui back to Pacific Harbor Jetty at 0930 Hours and 1500 Hours. Charter Water Taxi, Plane and Launch and/or Helicopter operates on demand from Nadi Airport on a charter basis.Minimum 2 Adults, Maximum 4 Adults are required and baggage allowance of
20kg (44lb)per person applies. Check in/Check out Check in time is 1300 Hours Check out time is 1000 Hours Early check in is subject to availability and can only be guaranteed if accommodation is booked the night before. Additional Information Helicopter & Air Services Information: Royal Davui utilises a number of providers and machine size is based on the number of guests travelling. The most common helicopter used will be an R44. • Helicopter transfers are operated by third party companies with no affiliation to Royal Davui Island Resort other than supplying us with transport services. • Hibiscus Air, Sunflower and Heli-Tours Fiji aircraft have a maximum individual passenger weight of 130kg. In addition, a maximum total aircraft weight restriction applies. We request that passengers 130kgs and over please contact us prior to travel at res@royaldavuifiji.com • Helicopter transfers can only operate during daylight hours. • There are no arrivals permitted at Royal Davui Island prior to 0800hours. • Your booking includes only a seat on a helicopter – it is not a private charter.

Due to our remote location there and Fiji’s Civil Aviation
requirements, there is a strict 20kg (44lb) pp bag weight limit on

prior to arrival please contact the resort for options.

Bookings cancelled within 45 to 31 days of arrival will forfeit FJ$2500 per villa. Bookings cancelled within 30 to 15 days of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of total services booked. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival (including no shows) will incur a charge of 100% of total services booked. All cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing.
