Swim Lessons being
held in Indoor
& Wading Pool        Lap Swim Updates
                     With the change in lap swim guidelines in Oct
Playground           allowing shared lanes between households, we
reservations now     will be introducing offering options of both
available            shared lanes and single lanes. This will create
                     more lap availability while still leaving space for
                     swimmers who are high-risk or less comfortable.
30-minute Personal
                     If you are booking a Shared Lane (Lanes 3, 4, 5),
Trainer calls
                     you will be splitting the lane with another
                     member, one swimmer per reservation allowed.

Lifeguard Training
Become an American Red Cross certified lifeguard!
Participants must be 15 years or older by the last day
of class and have proficient swimming skills. At-
home online learning must be completed before the
in-person skills training portion of the class.

School Day Care
We are excited to provide a place where kids can enjoy a safe &
intentional learning environment to work on their remote
curriculum during the school closures.

Samena staff will work with parents and students to meet their
education needs. Group sizes will consist of a 1 to 9 ratio. During the
study breaks, we will have some of the kids’ favorite recreational
activities that Samena is known for.

Non-School Day Camp
Bring a lunch & swim stuff to fill the day with fun as we engage in
sports, arts & crafts, swimming, & more! For kids 5-12 years
(5 year olds must be in Kindergarten)

                                             We have been teaching children in Bellevue for over 50
                                             years! Your child will explore and learn in a creative,
                                             nurturing, and safe environment. We provide well-
                                             rounded programs that address small and large motor
                                             skills development and socialization skills.

                                             Age-appropriate activities include: art, reading and writing
                                             skills development, number recognition, music, science,
                                             cooking, storytelling, health and exercise, and more.

Our training systems are based on a holistic

forefront of the program. Samena trainers are
nationally certified and have the expertise to
help you reach your fitness goals & maintain a
healthier lifestyle. We offer 30-minute personal
trainer phone calls for those who wish to stay at
home, in addition to our regular personal
training offerings of 30 & 60 minute workouts.
