Unspoilt by time, the historical fishing and smuggling villages of
Cawsand & Kingsand offer secluded beaches, spectacular walks and
magnificent scenery in this forgotten corner of Cornwall. You can be
sure of a warm welcome in the many pubs, restaurants, shops & cafe’s.
The Cawsand Ferry provides regular daily crossings between the
Cornish villages of Cawsand & Kingsand on the Rame Peninsula to
Plymouth’s famous Barbican. Our spectacular 30 min crossing is the
perfect way to visit this beautiful part of Cornwall, go sight-seeing or
simply enjoy shopping in & around Plymouth.
Please be aware; that embarking/disembarking the Cawsand Ferry
can be challenging at times, due to the use of a removable ramp/
footway at Cawsand Beach. The crew have the right to refuse access if
they feel this cannot be achieved safely.
