YOUR RIGHTS
$
Your time, your pay
You must be paid for all time worked - it’s the law.
Under the Award, McDonald’s workers’ pay is linked to the Annual Wage Review.
Every year, the Fair Work Commission reviews your minimum rates of pay and decides how
much they should increase by in its Annual Wage Review.
Your pay rises aren’t gifted to you by your employer or the Government, they’re won for you
by your Union, the SDA.
