Crowhurst Park is in the heart of 1066
Country, just two miles from where William
the Conqueror defeated King Harold over
950 years ago. Now you can stand on the
very site where this decisive struggle was
fought and England’s future decided.
Explore abbey ruins and meet the Normans
and Saxons on the sculptured trail. See the
gatehouse exhibition revealing the Abbey’s
role in the country’s future, then head to the
roof for stunning views of the battlefield.
Nearby you can also enjoy golf, horse riding,
wonderful walks, angling, steam Battle Abbey
locomotives, caves, museums, cinemas and
theatre before returning to the comfort of
your own lodge.

Your accommodation
We offer many delightful styles of
lodge – including the fully accessible
Adapted Virginia.
All our lodges are equipped with TV, gas or electric
fire, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery and
crockery, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board,
electric radiators, verandah (the Vermont has a
patio) and picnic table. Beds are made up prior to
your arrival and any gas or electricity used is
included in the cost of your holiday. Towels are
not provided although they are available for £5 per
week (deposit £10).
Colorado
The Adapted Virginia has been designed with
ramp entrance, together with a specially adapted
wheelchairaccessible bathroom with hand rails
and bath seat. There are no hoists; please telephone
for our information sheet with full details.
In the walled garden are Garden and Country
Lodges with digital TV in the lounge and master
bedroom, DVD, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ONTARIO VIRGINIA ACCESSIBLE

It s Easy to Own a Holiday Home
at Crowhurst Park
You can choose from new or previously owned holiday homes with
prices ranging from under £10,000 to over £100,000, please
contact us on 01424 773344 for the latest sales list or visit our
website for descriptions and photos of units available. We can also
provide any holiday home of your choice from the major holiday
home manufacturers, although you may have to wait a short while
until the manufacturer builds your dream holiday home.
All holiday homes are sited on a concrete pad, connected to
services and prices include VAT.
The holiday season is 11.5 months and includes Christmas and the
New Year. We close mid January. There is free WiFi available and
we have good coverage from all the mobile networks.
To maintain a pleasant environment for all our owners we do not
allow dogs to stay, although we do have another location Bay
View Park in Pevensey which does allow pets by arrangement, see
back cover for details.
We will spend all the time necessary with you to ensure you are
delighted with your holiday home; after all, we are looking forward
to greeting you for many years to come.

Set within a landscaped, private, gated, 10acre plot at Crowhurst
Park is the exclusive development we call Pelham Gates. These
Scandinavian designed and built log homes come in two and three
bedroom single storey and three or four bedroom twostorey designs.
Their environmental credentials are as impeccable as their quality;
each is constructed from renewable sources of Scandinavian pine
and feature an energy efficient airsourced heat pump system.
Features and options include triple glazing, ensuite bedrooms,
sauna, hot tub, woodburning stove, underfloor heating, decking,
(plus balcony on twostorey homes) and membership to Crowhurst
Park Leisure Club.
