Recruitment Process
On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job description of required
categories, we source the candidates through our active databank,
advertisements and head hunting.
Our specialized recruitment managers test the responding candidates for
their skill matching the job description & trade test if required.
The short-listed candidate’s complete CVs with recruitment managers
remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are
invited to India or any other country to personally evaluate and
interview the candidates.
In case, where the client requires us to complete the whole process of
sourcing, short listing and finalizing candidates, we mobilize the
candidates under our full guarantee. Candidates approved by the clients
are checked for medical fitness and the client is informed to process the
visas. A point to note is that all candidates selected by ourselves or by
clients representatives are first medically tested and upon receipt of
their fitness certificates would the client be advised to apply for their
visas.
Having an in-house major international travel service agency, we
confirm the tickets of the selected candidate and mobilize them at the

Receipt of Requirement from Client.
Search our Data Bank for Qualified Candidates.
Also release advertisement in Newspaper for
potential Candidates.
Screen CV’s and short-list for Interview.
Interview by Recruitment Specialist for Client Candidate’s passport held with us, Client
Selection. issues Visa.
Candidates sent for Technical Trade test if Completion of Emigration and other re-
required. quired formalities.
Final Interview by Clients Authorised Orientation about Company, Country and
Representative. Culture to Candidates
Selected Candidates sent for Medical Examina-
tion. Tickets issues, and after liaison with Client,

Support Services To Candidates And Clients
Candidates:
Organise and assist candidates from different states to attend the
interviews at locations set by the Client.
Assist candidates with the medical test formalities (filling up forms,
transportation to medical test centre).
Liaise with the Technical institute and organise for Trade Testing of
candidates, wherever necessary.
We have an IATA approved travel agency dedicated staff to
organize and assist with all necessary documentation, namely
ticketing if required to be dine from India, immigration,
certificate attestation from the UAE embassy and any other
procedure. Orientation about destination country’s laws and
regulation will be given to candidates before departure.
Clients:
Skyward Consultancy will organise and assist in booking suitable
hotel accommodation for Client representatives.
Skyward representatives will receive Client representatives at the
airport and will arrange for suitable transportation for all their local
travel needs.
Skyward Consultancy will organise and assist in all local air and
hotel booking when travel is required from one city to another.
Skyward Consultancy will organise suitable and convenient meeting

Agency Agreement
On this _________ day of _________________. It is agreed between M/S Skyward Consultancy, D-
101, 1st Floor, Twin Arcade, Maroshi Road, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059., India with
Ministry of Labour, Government of India and M/s ‘Client’, represented by Mr.
_______________________________.
1. That M/S Client, the client hereby agrees to appoint M/S Skyward Consultancy, Mumbai who
are a government approved recruiting agent as their authorized agent in India for recruitment of
personnel from India and Nepal for the projects in UAE.
2. The Client will provide all necessary documents, viz. Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and
Specimen agreement for each recruiting order. Demand Letter will be attested by Indian Em-
bassy and Chamber of Commerce as and when necessary.
3. M/S Skyward Consultancy shall arrange to source, interview, select and Trade Test if all the per-
sonnel and after complete satisfaction shall recruit them on behalf of the client, if so desired by
the client. Alternatively, M/S Skyward Consultancy will source and arrange interviews and tests
in the presence of the Clients representatives in India, Nepal or any mutually agreed country as
per nationality required.
4. The Cost of Advertisement to be released in the newspaper if required shall be borne by the Cli-
ent upon prior approval.
5. M/S Skyward Consultancy shall furnish a complete medical examination from a qualified doctor
for each person showing that he is in good health and free from all infectious disease.
6. M/S Skyward Consultancy undertakes to deploy the candidates at the earliest possible time upon
receipt of the visa. Cost of joining ticket of personnel recruited will be borne by the client.
7. The client shall pay M/S Skyward Consultancy the sum equivalent to one months salary, towards
agency fees for each Staff Category employee (White collar employee).
8. Invoices for the above categories will be submitted upon deployment of the candidates. Settle-
ment of invoices will be done within 30 days of the Invoice date.
9. Receipt of visa:- Client is liable to provide the visa’s for the above mentioned candidates within
a spa of 60 days. Failing to do so, Skyward Consultancy does not take any responsibility If the
candidates fails to travel on receipt of visa after the expiry of the above said period. In case of
prior intimation from the candidate on his/her unwillingness to travel, this will be duly informed
to the client.
10. Skyward Consultancy undertakes to provide a free replacement in case of the selected candidates
leaving the organisation within 3 months of in the case of being medically unfit.
11. In case of any dispute between two parties, the same shall be settled mutually and amicably or
referred for arbitration according to the rules of International Chamber of Commerce.
