                                                                                                                     To build teacher capacity in ensuring data collection is used to differentiate curriculum,
                                                                                                                     inform teaching and provide feedback to students so that learning is maximised for all.

                                                                                                                     Curriculum

                                                                                                                     We will continue to ensure that all teaching programs promote explicit teaching and visible
                                                                                                                     learning elements, as well as describing expected student progression in knowledge,
                                                                                                                     understanding and skill and the assessments that measure them. We will utilise feedback
                                                                                                                     for future curriculum planning, and engage a greater number of parents and carers in the
                                                                                                                     planning process to support student learning. We will continue to provide staff with
                                                                                                                     opportunities to attend high quality and relevant professional learning in curriculum delivery.

                                                                                                                     Educational leadership

                                                                                                                     Leadership, including instructional leadership, a high expectations culture and performance
                                                                                                                     management and development, will be a major focus of our next three-year plan. We feel it
                                                                                                                     is important to provide more targeted opportunities for Professional Learning to support
                                                                                                                     teachers with new curriculum expectations.

                                                            Wellbeing

                                                            To ensure that all of our students are able to connect, succeed, thrive and learn we will
                                                            continue to have a planned approach to developing whole school wellbeing processes that
                                                            support high levels of wellbeing and engagement.

                                                            The Wellbeing framework will be embedded into our school culture. Professional learning of
                                                            wellbeing strategies to support all our students will be a priority.

                                                            This plan has been shared with our P&C at our regular meetings as well as being emailed
                                                            to all parties.
