Super League – 2019
Objective: Find out who really knows the most about fantasy sports, each year.
Website: www.bourbonbowl.ca
Commissioner: Dave Housman
   - Commissioner has the final say on all rules.

Treasurer: Rob Sauve

Pool Commissioners:
Each pool will have a commissioner. The duty of the commissioner is to:
   - Set-up the pool online.
   - Send out invitations and reminders to league members.
   - Track any fines and let Dave and the Treasure know about them.

Conflict Resolution:
When a situation falls outside our written rules then this will the order that we will use to resolve
the situation:
    - Use the public website rules.
    - If still unresolved, each party will put up an argument on the website, then everyone
except the commissioner of that sport will vote. If a tie the commissioner of that sport
        will break the tie.
o In the event the commissioner is involved in the dispute then Dave will break the
                tie.
o In the event Dave and the commissioner are involved in the situation then
someone will be appointed at random to break the tie.

Fees:
   - $400 for the year.
   - No winnings will be paid out until you are 100% paid up.
Payment Schedule:
   - June 1st - $100
   - Aug 1st - $100
   - Nov 1th - $100
   - Jan 15th - $100
   - April 15th - Any Fines.
   - If you have won enough to cover your payment, you can skip that payment.
   - Any payment more than 14 days late will result in a $20 fine.
Fines/Misc Fees:
   - All fines will go towards misc fees, such as website fees.
   - Any money left-over will be saved to build up some money in the account.

Keepers:
This is a reset year, so there will be no keepers after this year.
Keeper date will be one week before the draft of the next season
No Free Agents can be picked up in the off-season
Draft picks can be traded in change-over year but not 1st round pick.

Trades:
   - Any trade will stay up for anyone to protest for a full day.
   - Anyone wanting to protest the trade will contact that sports commissioner.
   - If a trade is protested a committee of three members will be formed; members will not be
        involved in the trade.
   - A 2-1 or 3-0 vote will cancel the trade.
   - If no protest or if the protest fails the trade will go through on the next day.
   - Example: make a trade on Friday, it sits all Saturday, gets approved. Trade goes through on
Sunday, you have the players for Monday.

Lending Players:
Any player traded, cannot be traded back to the original team until after the next year’s draft.
For example: Granderson is traded from Expos Live On to Mad Dogs in 2012, he cannot go back until
after the 2013 draft.

Draft Picks:
   - A lottery system will be used for all drafts, in which you can only jump up 5 spots, and can only
fall one spot. Everyone out of the top 3 will be included in the lottery.
   - A non-snake system will be used.

Signing up:
You must sign-up within 10 days of the draft going live, and a text message being sent to everyone. An
additional text will be sent 24 hours before the deadline.
Failure to do so will result in a $5 fine each day until you are signed up.
