for Parties of 10 to 130.

Why not turn your Festive Lunch into a ‘knees up’ and book a private room, bring
your iPod put it in our dock and have a laugh. For an additional £150.00 we can
arrange a DJ for you to party the afternoon away until 5pm.
Minimum numbers of 30 apply.
Festive Lunch Parties and Boogie with the Boss Include Hats Crackers and Novelties
and a glass of wine or draught soft drink at the table.

Santa has told us that he will be delivering a small present to all the children who
are coming for lunch at the Castle Hotel as he passes through Tamworth on
Christmas Eve. When you make your reservation please let us know the names
of children in your party so we can pass this on to him.

We respectfully request that our New Year celebrations remain for adults and would
ask that no under 16s attend.How to make a booking with us
Christmas DJ Dinner & Dance, Karaoke Christmas Cabaret,
Christmas Day Lunch and New Years Eve
1. Telephone us to ascertain availability and to make your reservation.
2. After making a verbal reservation, a deposit of £10 per person is
required. Please note that deposits will not be refunded (or exchanged for
other goods/services) in the event of cancellation whatever the
circumstances. If after a period of 7 days a deposit has not been received
we reserve the right to release any reservations without notification.
3. Upon receipt of your deposit we will write to you enclosing a detailed
confirmation and menu selector that we ask you to return along with your
full payment. (Menus selections are requested to assist the Chef, we do
however confirm these at your table.)Wherever possible please try to
make payment with either cash, credit/debit card or ONE cheque covering
the balance. This should be returned 14 days prior to your booking. Table
accounts can be set up on the day for drinks, which can be settled on departure.
4. Any increase in numbers will be accommodated where possible, please
contact our Christmas Party Co-ordinator to check this is possible. Any
reductions in numbers paid for will not be refunded.
5. At party nights and festive lunches for groups in excess of 12 it will be
necessary to sit your party on more than one table. Minimum numbers for
a single party at these celebrations is 6.
6. Sit down at all Party Nights and New Years Eve is 7.45 pm sharp, this is
to ensure for a good atmosphere and plenty of time for dancing after dinner.
