Christmas Party Package
& ACCOMMODATION Celebrate and reward your company’s hard work with a themed Christmas party
that combines a delectable array of menu options with an extensive beverage
package, a private room and music to dance the night away*.
Christmas Party Package includes:
• Three-course Christmas menu or Christmas buffet
• Four hour beverage package including beer, wine and soft drinks
• Stage with lectern and microphone

$110 per person Christmas Party Package
*Minimum 30 people. Entertainment can be organised by one of our event
coordinators at an additional cost. A $500 fee applies for outdoor functions.

• Pecorino, pear and wild rocket salad with walnut vinaigrette
• Slow roasted vine ripened tomato, bocconcini, basilico, olive oil
and balsamic glaze
• Crab and prawn tower with fresh avocado and herbs served
on a roasted chilli capsicum coulis

The Fireplace Christmas
Located on the lower level of The Great House overlooking the gardens, The Fireplace
offers a unique space for your end-of-year celebration. Cherry wood wine cabinets,
classic rustic décor and signature wood-fired oven provide the perfect stage for a truly
memorable night. Watch our chefs create a delicious Christmas meal right in front
of your eyes.
A festive set menu is available from $80 per person for three courses.
The á la carte menu will continue to be available.
Cove Café Christmas
Overlooking the Fountain Terrace, Cove Café offers a contemporary and relaxed setting
for your Christmas party.
A festive buffet lunch is available from $39 per person.
Both venues offer individual bookings or sole use bookings. Minimum of 30 people.
