PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL WELLBEING From the week commencing 8th March when students returned to school S following the period of “stay at home”, the PE department completed the active mile with their classes in core PE. Students were able to understand the distance of 1 mile = 1.609344 Km Also recognise that regular exercise can positively impact serotonin levels in your brain. Raising your levels of serotonin boosts your mood and overall sense of well-being. It can also help improve your appetite and sleep cycles, which are often negatively affected by depression.
