FireNZ 2019 will be held in Auckland, New Zealand 4th – 6th September 2019.
The conference is once again presented by the Fire Protection Association of New Zealand,
the Society of Fire Protection Engineers NZ Chapter, and the Institution of Fire Engineers New
Zealand Branch.
Our annual FireNZ national conference has established a reputation as the premier fire industry
event for keeping abreast of advancements in all aspects of fire safety in New Zealand.
The conference theme “The Future of Fire Protection” is an opportunity to look at advancements
and developments in the field of fire safety.
The FireNZ Conference and Tradeshow 2019 will provide you with the opportunity to create
valuable connections and new business opportunities with key industry buyers, suppliers,
stakeholders and leading international experts. This year we have changed the tradeshow hours
to better suit our exhibitors and maximise the time spent with our delegates.

STAND INCLUSIONS
Each Stand will be constructed by a professional exhibition contractor and will
include the following:
• 3m x 3m black frontrunner panels stand
• 2 x Spotlights • 1 x Powerpoint
• 1 x Trestle Table • 2 x Chairs
• Two staff members per stand will receive complimentary catering and a
name badge.
Additional exhibition staff are permitted at a cost of $100 per person per
day to cover catering and administration.
Each 3m x 3m stand can have a maximum of 3 reps.
• Stands 13 and 33 have additional corner space
Additional equipment can be hired through the exhibition contractor for an
additional fee.
A catalogue of additional options will be provided by FPANZ.
ALLOCATION OF STANDS
FireNZ 2019 are inviting Exhibitors to take up stands by the initial response date of
17th May 2019. Priority will be given to event sponsors when stands are allocated.
All other stand allocations will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
1st Priority: Platinum Sponsors
2nd Priority: Gold or multiple stands holders
3rd Priority: Silver or Key Sponsors
4th Priority: Bronze
All stands sold prior to the 17th May 2019 will be allocated and confirmed in writing
on 24th May 2019 other remaining stands will be allocated as sold.

DELEGATE’S CHOICE AWARD
This is the delegates chance to vote. It is designed to encourage them to visit
as many stands as possible; and only after visiting a set number of stands, will
they be able to enter a prize draw and vote for their favourite.
