The carnival is unlike any other event on the planet, a combination of four unique race days that transform Flemington into the epicentre of racing, fashion, food and wine, culture and betting. Whether you are a racing fanatic, a fashionista or a curious traveller, there is never a dull moment during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. It’s one of those bucket-list events you need to experience in style. At Events Travel, we’ve been providing quality travel experiences since 1993. Payment Requirements
How do I get to Flemington from my hotel?
• Book now with a low 25% deposit plus any upgrades in full.
• Finish off payment with the balance due by 2 August 2019. All of our recommended hotels are within the Melbourne CBD area and as
such have great public transport options to Flemington. Within our Packages
Travel Documents and Event Tickets we include a MYKI card pre-loaded with $20, that you can use to take direct
trains to Flemington on race days. More information about transport options
Your Travel Documents will contain important information about your travel relevant to you will be provided with your travel documents. We can arrange

Travel documents will be sent at least 14 days before the event begins by
