                                      Assembly area:
                                      Is located at Alexandra Gardens.

                                      (Baggage storage)
                                      There is a baggage storage marquee on site near the
                                      start (watch out for the sign) where you can leave
                                      your clothing. Please do not leave any valuables in the
                                      storage area as we will not be responsible for valuable
                                      goods lost or stolen. You can place your bikes on the
                                      fence with security locks.

                                      First Aid
                                      There are two first aid stations on the course, positioned
                                      at the 2km/6km mark and the 3km/7km mark, as well
                                      as roving first aid bike crews. There are also first aid sta-
                                      tions at the assembly area and the finish area.

                                      If you require medical assistance while out on the
                                      course, please notify the nearest course marshal and
                                      they will contact the appropriate personnel to assist
                                      you.

                                      Meeting places
                                      Be sure you arrange a clear meeting place for your
                                      family or team. We recommend meeting in the

The fun doesn’t end when you cross the finish line!
Make sure you head to the event precinct for food,
drink, activities and entertainment for the whole family!

Main stage
A number of delegates, celebrities and sponsors will be
giving brief talks on the main stage. The main stage will
also be used for the warm-up aerobics. There will also
be entertainment and spot prizes.

Special guests
Special guests on the main stage include AIA Vitality
Ambassador Shane Crawford (8.30am) and the cast of
hit musical ‘Murial’s Wedding’(10.50am).

Join us at the main stage to see the presentation to
the winners of the runs as well as team trophies for:
