About                      Bericote is a niche commercial developer,
                           specialising in occupier led development
Bericote                   and the promotion and development of
                           large sites around the UK.

                           We are currently one of the most active developers in
                           the industrial property sector, currently on site
                           building over 1 million sq ft this year.

                           Bericote has undertaken substantial projects for a

                           significant cash reserves. It is the Group’s policy to use
                           its own balance sheet to fund the early stages of
