recognition as systemic constellators at the dgfS* if further requirements are
met (see recognition criteria on the website of the dgfS*).

From emptiness - into abundance - into
emptiness
Systemic Constellations enable us to directly experience relationship qualities in the
systems in which we operate - whether of a family, private or organisational nature.
By creating system regulations, we often protect ourselves from the unknown or aim to
maintain the status quo. Our ideals and ideas, beliefs and rules are conclusions from
our experiences, and they can sometimes constrict or complicate our lives.
Life does not need the past as a blueprint for the present. Yesterday is not today. This
can be experienced in systemic constellations. Here we experience ourselves in a state
of a not knowing emptiness from which something new can develop and grow. In this
way, life can be experienced in its many facets.
Systemic constellations are a helpful complementary method for all advisory and social
professions. They also offer the opportunity for intensive self-awareness and a strong
personal development.
The training
In our 2-year training we impart general and basic knowledge for the application of
systemic constellations in professional and private environments. In addition, we offer
the opportunity for personal development through an intensive self-awareness program.
Prerequisites for working with Systemic Constellations are a basic attitude of the open
perception and remaining with what appears. The training therefore also teaches
presence, perception and unintentionalness.
The training is based on the ethical guidelines of the German Association for
Systemic Constellation (DGfS) and the Professional Code for Training and Education of
the FWW, Forum Werteorientierung in der Weiterbildung e.V.

10The structure of the training
How we teach
Consideration of complexity
We convey a systemic attitude and the work associated with it, as well as
its significance for human development.
In doing so, we focus our attention on the quality of the multi-layered
relationships of people and other aspects in the present. We teach
systemic abilities and skills in everyday interaction – for self-responsible
participation in shaping all areas of life.
Learning and Experiencing
Our approach enables us to experience the systemic knowledge in our
own actions and to reflect the experiences together in our thoughts.
We pay special attention to the individual biography and current life
topics of the participants – they are included in the ongoing training as
an important element of an intensive self-awareness process.
In addition to learning the method, the intensive self-awareness
increases the ability to empathy, understanding with clients and a
respectful encounter at eye level. By that, the participant‘s s lifes are
becoming more fulfilled.
Practise
Our main concern is to convey the ability to facilitate constellations in
your own environment. This includes regular practice in facilitating
constellations in a large group with accompanying reflection, supervised
constellation work in small groups, accompanying work in peer groups,
plus individual supervision.

member of the board
I was born in 1959 and am the mother of an adult son.
After studying art at the Staatliche Kunstakademie
Düsseldorf, I worked as a painter for 15 years before turning
to the world of business.
I passed a management study at the University of Hagen and
several trainings in systemic constellation work, in systemic
coaching and in Gestalttherapy.
Today I advise and coach organisations in branding and
organisational development. I hold lectures on systemic
organisation development at the European University of Applied Sciences, EUFH.
I work as a systemic coach and constellator for private and professional matters.
Since 2009 I have been offering regular events in which I work with system
constellations and gestalt therapeutic elements for individual concerns or with I offer
organisational constellations and other systemic methods for organisation and personnel
development.
Since 2016, I have also been offering DGfS-recognised trainings in organisational
constellations and - as shown here - in system constellations with a focus on family and
personality.
As Vice Chair of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) I am
contributing in the international development of constellation work. I am also member of
the International Society for Gestalttheory and its Applications (GTA), the International
Forum for Systemic Organisational Constellation (INFOSYON) and the German Society
for System Constellations (DGfS). I am a recognized trainer for the latter.
In the training presented here I invite constellation colleagues who are experts for a
certain subject area, so that the participants gain a broader spectrum of possibilities and
applications.

FELD INSTITUT / Training in Systemic Constellation 13TRAINING + Participation The training is recognized by the German Society for System Constellations (DGfS). It comprises a total of 12 modules and will start on 08 May 2020 in Cologne. Participants must be at least 25 years old and mentally healthy. If the participants are in psychotherapeutic treatment during the training, we require the written consent of the treating therapist for participation. For a successful completion of the further education the accompanying work in peer groups is just as necessary as at least three observations in constellation events of DGfS colleagues. In addition, we offer the possibility of individual supervision with training discount. Participants can also become members of one of the DGfS working groups in NRW. For further information please visit dgfs-nrw.de. After completion of the further training the participants receive a training certificate of the FELD INSTITUT. Fee
The total fee is 3,613.44 euros (plus German VAT of 19%). If your billing address is
outside of Germany, no VAT is applicable. The fee includes 12 modules, each composed
of 3 days, with a total of 288 teaching hours.
We will also offer the possibility of an advance payment of 420,16 euros (plus VAT),
followed by monthly installments of 127,37 euros net (plus VAT) over a period of 25
months.
Early bird discount until 31.12.2019: 10% of the net amount = 361,34 Euro discount.
Registration
Registration must be done with our registration form.
Withdrawal from the registration must be made in written form to FELD INSTITUT.
The date of receipt is decisive for the respective cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made up to 4 weeks before the first module, a cancellation fee of
150 Euro net is to be paid. In case of cancellation after the 1st module, the total fee of
3,613,44 Euro plus VAT is due, provided that no additional training place can be filled.
A replacement is possible up to and including the 3rd module.
Registration deadline is Friday, 25.09.2020.
