  Amethyst Living
  Offering you peace of mind
Amethyst Living is a new service for Trust customers.

We have changed the way we offer our exciting service and have extended
it so more customers can benefit.

Many people do not want to move into a sheltered scheme to access
specialist support but we could offer a similar service where you live now.
We are committed to helping customers live independently in their own home.

We have four levels of service:
Lifeline – for £5.64 per week we will provide a community alarm and respond
  to any call outs
Lifeline Plus – for £6.64 per week as well as responding to your alarm we will
visit you in your home on a quarterly basis
At home – for £9.64 per week we will respond to any alarm call, contact you
weekly over the phone and visit you monthly
Sheltered – for £15.64 per week we will monitor your alarm and respond to call
outs, contact you daily over the phone and visit you at least twice per week

A Mobile Support Worker will talk with you and your family to discuss the options
available and we will build a plan that is suited to your needs. There would be a
charge for these services but customers on a low income could receive support
  from Halton Borough Council.

If you would like further information from us please contact David Roberts
on 0151 510 5206. David can book an appointment with one of our team.
