Congratulations and thank you for choosing Union
Square Donuts to help you celebrate your big day!
Whether you are getting married, hosting a shower,
throwing a party or planning an important event, we
have just the right assortment of donuts to excite
your guests and have everyone leave smiling!
Choose between our classic favorites or any of our
new rotating seasonal avors! Either way, everyone
will be talking about your fantastic event for weeks
to come!
Who we are
Our award-winning donuts are made by hand, from
scratch, every day. Originating from a brioche
dough, our donuts have a light and airy, pastry-like
texture. All our delicious glazes, jams and creams
are created in-house using real ingredients. We love
making donuts and that care, passion, and
happiness is in every donut we create. We strive to
be modern, pushing the creative boundaries of
avor combinations while remaining rmly rooted
in traditional pastry techniques. Our bakery team
works constantly to develop new products and
avors while staying true to the classic avors that
make donuts timeless.

To ensure the perfect avor
assortment at your event, we now
offer donut tastings! Due to the
ongoing pandemic, we now offer
curbside pick-up at our
Production Kitchen with a Donut
Tasting Box. Each box includes 12
donuts with 12 different glazes
along with a avor breakdown. We
include pairings and suggestions to
accommodate every guest’s
preference. Boxes are $55 each. If

When? It never hurts to lock in your
desired date early, as our event calendar
does ll up quickly. We recommend
reserving your date 4 to 6 months in
advance or earlier.
How? By submitting your order Your form
will include all the important information
needed so your donuts can be made, glazed
and transported to your event in a timely
fashion.

Order FormDeposit and Final Invoice
A non-refundable 50% deposit is
required on all orders to reserve the date
in our event calendar. Deposits are based
on the preliminary order. The deposit
does not include a 10% service fee and
delivery (if applicable). These charges
will be added to your nal invoice. Final
donut count and avor selection are due
no later than (14) days prior to the event.
Any uctuation in numbers, compared
to the preliminary order, will be re ected
in the nal invoice.Delivery/Pick-Up
Pick-up from our Production Kitchen
in Somerville is available free of
charge, but we would be happy to
arrange a delivery as well. The
delivery fee starts at $35, based on
proximity to our Production Kitchen.
Delivery estimates can be garnered

Deliciousness
To ensure your donuts will stay
fresh until your event begins,
please always keep them at room
temperature. As an added layer of
precaution, you can always wrap in
cling lm to prevent any air
circulation. Because we fry the
donuts fresh before your event and
we do not use any stabilizers or
preservatives, we always
recommend enjoying the donuts
the day they are made.How Do The Donuts Arrive? We package your donuts in large, white catering boxes for transport. Upon special request, we can also individually bag the donuts in white, logo branded Union Square Donut bags. A packaging fee of $0.30 per donut will be added to your total.

**Please note all donut wall rentals include a $200 fully-refundable security deposit. Once
the wall is returned to one of our shop locations within 3 business days, the security

We have limited tiers/props at this
time but are happy to share ideas
customers have used in the past.
Alternatively, if you are working
with a caterer, they may have a list
