RE: HIRE OF WAREHOUSE CAFÉ ROOMS
Thank you for your interest in booking Warehouse Café, Shenton Park.
Warehouse Café has two meeting spaces available for hourly rate room hire.
Current hourly rates at 1st September are:
Small room $ 25.00* General cost per hour $ 22.00* Community group per hour
Large room $ 40.00* General cost per hour $ 33.00* Community group per hour
*Amounts include GST
Catering for your meeting is also available from our attached catering menu, or individual
meals and drinks may be purchased from the café at front during opening hours. If other
catering options are required please don’t hesitate to contact the café to discuss choices.
A range of equipment is available free of charge as listed on the booking page.
Once the form is completed and returned this will be taken as confirmation of booking and
an invoice will be raised.
If you would like to see the room prior to booking, please don’t hesitate to come to the café
during opening hours.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
Thank you for choosing the Warehouse Café to hold your meeting/function/event.
Please note that this is a functioning Café Monday through to Friday and there are some
important Occupational Health and Safety Rules that you must abide by.
Please do not enter the café kitchen area and use equipment that belongs to the cafe- as
you have not been trained in safe food handling practices it is against our policies for you to
enter.
Please do not touch any of the electrical equipment. If you have organised a technician to
assist you with setting up they will be able to set up any electrical equipment required.
Room hirers will be responsible for the set up and pack down of the room.
A half hour will been allocated each side of the room hire for set up and pack down at no
charge with the proviso that the room will be returned in the original condition found.
If the room is not returned to its original condition a cleaning charge will be invoiced to the
hirer. This includes wiping down tables, returning tables and chairs to original place and
vacuuming the floor, with all rubbish to be taken to bins outside.
Cleaning of rooms will be charged at $35 per hour.
Please make sure all rubbish is collected and thrown in the bins located out the back door.
Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes should there be an emergency.
Please switch off all lights and air conditioners and make sure you have closed all the doors
and locked those that need to be locked.

opening hours.
