Guidance notes
• Classes are open to all ages save Children’s section as shown.
• Exhibitors should send their entry forms to 13 Ellesmere Road or 5/7 Uphill Road
  South, Uphill (or to any Village Society Committee member) by 6pm Tuesday 27th
  July 2021
• Entries may be staged on the evening of Thursday 29th July 2021 between 6.00pm
  and 8.00pm or between 8.00am and 10.00am on Friday 30th July 2021.
• Exhibitors may submit no more than two entries in any one class.
• Exhibits should please remain staged until the close of the show 5.00pm and
  removed by 5.30pm Saturday 31st July 2021.
• In any dispute the decision of the Show Secretary will be nal.
• The Children's Prize Money can be collected at the Victory Hall, Uphill on Saturday
  31st July 2021 between 3 and 4 pm. Any money not claimed will be placed in
  Society funds.
• Cup holders will be responsible for the safe custody of cups and trophies in their
  possession which should be returned to the Show Secretary by 30th June 2022.
• The awards and raf e will be made from 4pm on the Saturday, so please stay to help
  celebrate the winners.

                               IMPORTANT NOTICE
    In the event that government regulations prevent the use of the hall alternative
arrangements will be made to ensure the show can still take place and will be posted
               online at www.uphillvillage.org.uk/annual-village-show/
                               and displayed locally.
