Welcome to the 2021 reunion of the USS DeHaven! Please join us for an exciting time
in Boise, ID! We know you will have a wonderful time sharing the experience with old
and new friends. We welcome any family or friends who would like to attend with you.
The Comfort Inn & Suites Boise is newly renovated, making the accommodations more
spacious and the amenities more modern. Staying here puts you close to many
attractions in Boise so you can explore the area easily! The hotel offers complimentary
bikes if you wish to bike around the area. There is also a 24/7 shuttle service. Each
room offers seating, a desk and of course a comfortable bed. Also a flat screen tv, mini
fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ironing board. Amenities include an exercise
room, indoor hot tub, indoor heated pool, and free Wi-Fi.

Be sure to call the hotel directly for your reservations. Tell them you are with the
USS DeHaven Reunion to get the discounted rate of $89 plus tax. This also

Reservations made after this date will be on a space available basis and the
discounted rate will not be guaranteed. Rates are good for 3 days before and 3 days

We ask for your own safety that someone accompanies you on your trip or that
you ensure your family is aware of your traveling plans. Please provide us with
the name and phone number of someone not attending to be contacted in case
of emergency. Thank you.

Cancellation Refund Policy: Complete refunds will be sent 30 days before the
reunion minus $18 of the processing fee per person. NO REFUNDS WILL BE
GRANTED AFTER August 7th, 2021.

All tours must achieve the minimum (30) number in order to complete the tour.
Gratuities for the driver and guide are not included. We need all attendees to
understand that the cutoff date of August 7th, 2021 is primarily to assure the minimum
number for tours. IT IS NOT A CUT OFF DATE THAT MEANS YOU CAN NO
LONGER SIGN UP FOR THE REUNION. Please be aware that if you decide on-site
that you want to take a tour, it will be based on space available on the coach.
Agenda
     All tours include transportation, guide (when applicable) and entrance fees. Meals are
        included only if indicated. Tours will board approximately 15 minutes prior to the
      departure times listed here. Check signs available at the registration desk in case of
                                             changes.

11:00 am                 Hot BBQ Sandwich Bar lunch catered to hotel
                         (included in registration fee)
                         Includes Pulled Pork and Chopped BBQ Chicken. Sides
                         include Baked Potato Salad and BBQ Beans. Sandwich
                         toppings will also be provided. Dessert will be Chocolate
                         Chip Cookies.

12:30 pm – 3:00 pm             Tour #1 Telaya Wine Co. Tour & Tasting $75 (Includes
                               transportation, tour, and wine tasting)
                               Telaya has been open since 2008 and since then has
                               been making Washington and Idaho wines. The group will
                               get a guided tour of the production area, get to smell all
                               the aromas of the barrel room, and learn all about
                               winemaking. After the tour the group will have a guided
                               wine tasting of 6 wines and 1 library wine in a private
                               space.

           Dinner and evening on your own.

Friday September 10, 2021
10:00 am – 12:30 pm          Tour #2 Warhawk Air Museum $60 (Includes
                             transportation and admission)
                             This museum houses a collection of restored planes from
                             WWI to the Cold War. The owners of the museum have
                             restored many of the planes themselves and are often
                             seen on the floor working on the planes. The group can
                             choose to either go on a guided tour or explore on their
                             own, a choice each person can make.

1:00 pm – 2:30 pm            Lunch at Tower Grill
                             Enjoy lunch at Tower Grill, located just off the runway
                             near the Warhawk Air Museum. The menu boasts salads,
                             burgers, and other favorites. This meal will be on your
                             own so you can order whatever you like off of the menu.

Saturday September 11, 2021

                          Please bring an item for the silent auction, if you can.

           Afternoon on your own.

5:00 pm                      Pictures
                             The onsite coordinator from ACR is a professional
                             photographer and will have an area set up for group shots
                             – large group, small groups, couples – whatever you
                             want. She does not charge your group or ACR anything to
                             be onsite and manage the entire reunion. Nor does she
                             require a minimum amount. She makes her money for
                             this event by the pictures sold. She puts out the pictures
                             before the banquet, you order whatever you want, they
                             are printed during the banquet and can be picked up and
                             taken with you as you leave. The large group shot is $20
                             for an 8 X 10, others are less. (She does many of the
                             pictures for the Air Force Academy, schools and special
                             events in the Colorado Springs & Denver area)

6:30 pm – 9:30 pm            Banquet
                             Olive Garden will be catering the banquet. There will be
                             choices of Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna, Spaghetti with
                             Marinara Sauce, and Fettuccini Alfredo. There will also be
                             salad, breadsticks, mini desserts, iced tea, and raspberry
                             iced tea.
