Lease is signed by Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cellco Partnership. Cellco Partnership is a
subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc. Verizon’s wireless segment is comprised of Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless.

Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless, provides wireless communication services across wireless networks in the United States. It
operates third generation (3G) wireless broadband networks; and fourth generation long-term evolution technology (4G LTE) networks. The company
also provides postpaid and prepaid voice services; and sells cell phones, smart phones, tablets, mobile hotspots, USB modems, voice and data plans, and
accessories. In addition, it provides solutions and services to small and medium business, and governments. The company serves approximately 102.8
million retail connections and operates approximately 1,700 retail stores in the United States, as well as offers voice and data services in approximately
200 destinations. Cellco Partnership was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Verizon Wireless Inc. operates as a
subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc.
