Scholarships Saint Mary’s University rewards academic excellence with
$7.69 million dollars dedicated to student scholarships,
fellowships, and bursaries annually.
For Named Entrance Awards, please submit
your online application form and all supporting Renewable Entrance Scholarships
documents by March 1. Students accepted by Saint Mary’s University for undergraduate
studies with an admission average of 80% or above will be
automatically considered for renewable entrance scholarships
with no additional application required (as funds permit).
These scholarships are renewable up to three times based on
students maintaining a 3.67 GPA during their full-time studies
and range between $1,000–$7,000.
Named Entrance Awards
There are numerous awards that have been established with
the support of donors, alumni, and staff. All accepted students
are encouraged to apply for these additional awards, as they
are based on various criteria rather than academic performance
only (e.g. interests and financial need). These awards require
a separate application and supporting documents (just one
application to be considered for dozens of awards). These
awards include our Presidential and Santamarian scholarships,
which require a 95% admission average or higher.
