A turning point in our history occurred in 2015 when TONS OF SOUR CHERRIES
ZERAA Investment Fund made an acquisition and decided
to invest significant funds in the reconstruction and
modernization of the company. We have modernized
production facilities and plantations. Additionally, we
improved the quality of the products and also made an
acquisition of a new cold storage in Begov Han in 2018 for

We support the agricultural development and the devel-

opment of small family businesses and we are proud to say
that our products are 100% homegrown. We have estab-
lished cooperation with 3,000 subcontractors supplying us
on annual basis with around 2,000 tons of raspberries, HECTARES OF OUR OWN PLANTATIONS
6,000 tons of sour cherries and over 3,000 tons of plums
and other cultivars. Beside fruit purchasing, we have 150
hectares of our own plantations.

ABOUT US PRIMARY PRODUCTION 7.000 TONS OF PURCHASED FRUIT PER YEAR Our plantations are located in northern and central parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina which are suitable for growing various types of continental fruits. Our plantations are dominated by sour cherry plantations, but we also grow strawberries, plums, apples and aronia. The plantations are modernly equipped with irrigation systems and modern agricultural machinery and they are taken care of by experienced agronomists.

The strategic concept for the hot drive segment is a quality
product with the use of raw materials from Bosnia and Herze-
govina.
This approach to Bosnaplod enables the strengthening of
cooperation with domestic suppliers, expanding the product
range and more presence in the local market. Final products in
the form of juices and jams represent an additional quality of
maximization raw material utilization and Bosnaplod's core
business remains basic processing of raw materials and
semi-finished products for the EU industrial market and
beyond.

INFRASTRUCTURE Capacities of cold storage facilities: Cooling plant has deep-frozen fruit lines- rollend (cherry, hand-cut and machine-cut plum, raspberry, strawberry) as well as deep-frozen fruit purees (blocks). Deep-frozen rollend fruit production line consists of fruit washing and rinsing machines, conveyor belts, calibrators, fruit peelers, quick fruit freezing tunnels. Deep-frozen fruit puree production line consists of fruit washing and rinsing machines, conveyor belts, rotators, blanchers, extractors, turbo extractors, buffer tanks, plate changers, plate freezers. Daily plum processing capacity is 100 t of plum with the pit, 15 t of machine-cut plum, 40 t of mash and daily capacity of raspberries is 100 t of fresh raspberries. Bosnaplod has 5,000 tons of cold storage facilities in Brcko and 2,500 tons in cold storage in Begov Han, which is total of 7,500 tons of cold storage facilities. Daily cherry picking and processing capacities are between 70 tons and 100 tons, depending on the quality of the raw material.

World quality in the domestic market
The total cold storage capacity of 7,500 tons allows us to keep the high quality,

consumption as B2B (business to business) products. In addition to fruit production,
in 2017 we launched the Kulin brand and under this brandwe produce juices and
jams of 100% or a high percentage of fruit.
We primarily export our products to European Union countries,
but also to the United States, United Arab Emirates,and the Western
Balkans.DEEP FROZEN PROGRAM Deep frozen program Deep frozen program is a segment that provides stability to the business, since almost 90% of products from this segment is being marketed to the European Union and in the long term period we expect this market to be stable and that demand for these types of products will stay at least at the same level. Considering business tradition, processing experience, market, potential and favorable natural growing environment, the focus of Bosplod when it comes to production and processing is on the frozen fruit, and in order to reduce dependence on one, we made dispersion the four key raw materials: raspberry, sour cherry, plum and strawberry.
DEEP FROZEN PROGRAM Sour cherry Botanical name: PRUNUS CERASUS Varieties: The key product made from this cultivar is deeply frozen ‘rollend’, i.e. mechanically pitted whole sour cherry fruit. As such, it is in high technology in the former Yugoslavia and nowadays, with the new investments in modern manufacturing facilities, it has remained one of the top quality and largest producers and exporters in the region. Our fresh frozen sour cherry with an irresistibly red color has a powerful antioxidant effect, and it is the perfect source of health. DEEP FROZEN PROGRAM Raspberry Botanical name: RUBUS IDEAUS Varieties: In May 2018, Bosnaplod acquired a cold storage facility for process- ing of raspberries in central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Fac- tory is located in the area rich with raspberry plantations. This fac- tory produces premium products labelled as ‘IQF raspberry rollend’ meaning individually quick frozen, whole, high-quality raspberry fruit which is widely used in confectionery and pastry production and as an end-consumer product Bosnaplod also produces raspber- ry grit - ground raspberry fruit ideal for the production of ice cream, Our intensely aromatic raspberry is rich in polyphenolic compounds that are enhance better functioning of the brain, blood vessels and health in general. DEEP FROZEN PROGRAM Plum Botanical name: PRUNUS Varieties: Plum is our traditional culture. The product that Bosnaplod produces annually in quantities of up to 1,000 tons is plum jam in barrels, which is a pure fruit product. FRUIT Hot processing plant The second core business segment of Bosnaplod is the hot processing plant which includes the production and sale of industrial jams, juices and jams. Hot processing plant is primarily oriented to the production and sale of industrial plum jam on B2B market with export orientation as the point of interest. In 2017, Bosnaplod launched a new brand Kulin which includes 100% natural juices in glass packaging of 250 ml and 735 ml and jams in glass containers of 250 ml and 440 ml. The strategic concept of the hot processing plant is a quality product using raw material from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kulin juices The range of Kulin juices includes nine different peach, apple, apricot, plum, Strong Mix (aronia- apple mix) and natural not from concentrate sour cherry juice. The juices are packed in 750 ml and 250 ml glass packaging (Horeca program). All Kulin juices contain 100% fruit and are produced without sugar, preservatives and color additives.
