INTEGRATED SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
GHS has implemented an IQSMS (Integrated Quality and Safety Management System) that is a web based
Safety, Quality and Risk Management System based on and in compliance with ICAO Doc. 9859 (ICAO
Safety Management Manual). IQSMS has been developed by Safety and Quality Management experts with
many years of experience in the aviation industry. Special focus is given to user friendliness and compliance

You can count on our performance. Our flight crews are selected based on the most stringent criteria, distinguished by their
many years of experience, and will be trained and further educated to the highest quality standards. In all fields of operation
– on the ground or in the air – we place the highest value on our exceptionally qualified personnel.
Pilots undergo an annual Ground School and Simulator Training. Pilots/Operations Proficiency and Line Checks will be conducted
by highly qualified internal examiners. Our Operations Manual as well as our Standard Operating Procedures are developed by
experienced experts and have been approved by the German Aviation Authorities. Following these principles we guarantee
smooth operation, no matter if VFR single piloted or complex IFR MCC Operations.
INTEGRATED OFFICE AND FLEET MANAGEMENT
GHS implemented the web based fleet and office management system FLEETPLAN to
manage crew and fleet all over the world. This web based platform is easily accessible from
anywhere and provides the required flexibility in real-time recording and reporting which
allows us to transparently guide and control our crews all over the world – no matter where
they are actually needed. The System comprises the following functions:

In order to always be on track and up to date with our fleet, where
they are at a particular moment, and for being able to follow the
crews on each mission, all of our aircraft will be equipped with a real
time SAT tracking system SKYTRAC.
This system allows us to monitor and follow each flight in detail by:

email and text message from anywhere in the world
Adding an unbeatable emergency distress function working

Providing complete GPS based in-flight data monitoring and

All rights reserved. MAINTENANCE – BASED ON AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH EASA PART 145 Your Safety is our top priority. It is the basis for all of our decision-making. Our technicians are happy to service provided helicopter at any time of day. Highly qualified and certified technicians are organizing and controlling the maintenance in our own Part 145 maintenance facility, which is required to undergo regular quality audits. Our maintenance policy guarantees the adherence to our safety principles, as well as a high degree of cost control and optimization of maintenance task planning. Following this policy we can guarantee to our customers a maximum in terms of aircraft availability. Line maintenance for all aircraft operated by GHS will be carried out by our own EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organization and will be controlled by the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). For field operations, GHS establishes EASA certified line maintenance stations based on a well proven concept at any destination where our services are required – no matter if in the middle of the desert or at an international airport. In order to provide support for more intensive maintenance tasks, such as general overhauls within our fleet, GHS has agreed on a base maintenance contract with Agrarflug-Helilift GmbH & Co KG that is a well-known service provider with regards to Bell Helicopters. To ensure a continuous and uninterrupted maintenance process and spare parts flow, GHS has implemented the integrated and intercommunication continuing airworthiness management system AEROTRAC from TracWare Ltd., for its Part 145 department and CAMO. This system connects the line maintenance stations of our operations around the world with the head office in Germany, in real-time – 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. QUALITY MANAGEMENT All helicopter under GHS control will be operated to EASA Ops standards. Technically, the helicopters will be controlled by our approved CAMO according to EASA Part M and maintenance will be performed to EASA Part 145 standards. By our internal GHS Quality Control we are able to ensure that service intervals will be followed and maintenance tasks performed correctly and to the manufacturer’s specifications.
