This package is in addition to Endless Privileges® and is complimentary when booking ten rooms for a minimum of three nights each. The complimentary wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages or combined with The Art of Romance Honeymoon package
to receive both complimentary. Price and package are subject to change without notice. Restrictions/exclusions may apply. All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date, unless approved by the wedding coordinator at the resort.
Subject to availability & double occupancy only. This package also applies for a vow renewal ceremony. Surcharges may apply for minister and legal services. If room requirements are not met, items from the package can be purchased at a la carte pricing provided by the resort. Please note
restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with groups programs.
Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within six months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within six months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100.

PRE-WEDDING VISIT PACKAGE
Zoetry Resorts & Spas offer special rates for wedding couples wanting to visit the resort before booking their destination wedding. Couples experience ceremony
set-ups, reception options and romantic amenities to visualize the big day!
COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE:
P RIVATE SITE I NSP ECTI O N: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony and
reception location options.
ONE-O N-O NE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for
the wedding day is realized.
RE CEIVE CR ED I T : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/
bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator
in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)
If the couple books their honeymoon within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $100 credit to use towards their stay (minimum seven night stay).
If couple books a bachelor/bachelorette party, the couple will receive: • $200 credit to use towards their stay (minimum nine room nights cumulative).
If Love at First Site program is originally booked through a travel agent, the couple will only be eligible for this credit if the wedding, honeymoon or bachelor/bachelorette party is booked through the same agent.

Jamaican law stipulates that the wedding couple only needs to be on the island two business days (48 hours not including the arrival day) in
advance. Non-legal ceremonies allows for flexibility for arrival date, nonetheless we would advise you to come at least three days in advance to
meet with the wedding coordinator and Marriage officer and go through the final details regarding the wedding.
A Marriage officer recognized by the Jamaican Government, must conduct the ceremony. The following documents are required for a license
and is to be sent via private courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx) to the Wedding Coordinator to: Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica, Mahoe Bay, Ironshore Main
Rd., Montego Bay, Jamaica at least eight weeks prior to the couple’s arrival to the hotel:
• Proof of citizenship – certified (or notarized) copy of birth certificate, which includes father’s name.
• Notarized copies of Bride & Groom’s official ID (Passports).
• Proof of divorce if applicable (original or notarized copies of certificate of divorce).
• Notarized copy of death certificate for widow or widower.
• Any other name legal change documents
• Occupation of both candidates.
• Full names of both sets of parents.
• Italian and (some European) nationals celebrating their wedding in Jamaica must notify their embassy and have a certified copy of their
marriage certificate forwarded to their embassy to be legalized and translated.
• French Canadians need a notarized translated copy of all documents and a photocopy of the original French documents.
After signing the Marriage Registrar forms, the Minister sends the documents signed by the couple to the Registrar General Department
(Government Agency that processes marriage certificates). After the ceremony, the couple will receive a copy of the Marriage Register that the
Officer will take to the Registrar General in Kingston, Jamaica in order to obtain your Official Certificate. This process takes approximately three
months and will courier the documents as soon as the minister receives it from the Registrar’s Office.
*None of the above-mentioned services are included in our Wedding Packages. Legal fees covers application of license and certificates of the
government stipulated process.
Symbolic/ Non-Legal: $300 required for Renewal of Vows Ceremonies to cover the minister and a certificate. Fees not included in any of the
Zoëtry Wedding Packages. A Marriage certificate is required.
