You may want a simple, yet meaningful wedding package, maybe just the two of you with close family and friends, or if you had something a little more elaborate in mind for a larger wedding group, our Wedding Coordinator can consult with you to tailor your requirements.
Saletoga Weddings combines luxury and comfort with the natural splendour of the beautiful island of Upolu, Samoa. A golden, sandy beach and breath taking, tranquil blue waters provide the perfect setting for your special day. A stunning retreat surrounded by exotic tropical flowers and lush greenery, both resorts – Saletoga Sands Resort & Spa and Saletoga Beach Hotel & Bungalows are nestled within a secluded sheltered bay just over one hour’s drive from Faleolo International Airport on the South East Coast of Upolu. Relax and rejuvenate in the natural beauty and create special memories to last a lifetime. Wedding Ceremony Venues We offer several complimentary location choices for the ceremony, all of which are specially decorated for the occasion: • A purpose built chapel on the resort • Our beautiful beach • The Sunset Fale O’O (a jetty that goes out to sea, and is very special).

Deluxe Wedding Package NZ $2,980 This package includes: • Private arrival airport transfer with sparkling wine and lei’s on arrival • A Minister or Celebrant to perform the ceremony • Documentation and marriage license • A bouquet of tropical flowers for the bride and Ula for the groom • Wedding set up with tropical flower arch • Samoan Warriors in traditional costume to escort the Bride • Samoan village choir • Romantic 1 hour couples spa experience for the Bride & Groom • Single tier wedding cake • A bottle of sparkling wine for the Bridal Toast • Flame torches lit for a sunset wedding • Your own personal wedding co-ordinator
Le Taimane Wedding Package NZ $6,280 This package includes: CEREMONY • A Minister or Celebrant to perform the ceremony • Documentation and marriage license • A bouquet of tropical flowers for the bride and Ula for the groom • Wedding set up with tropical flower arch • A bottle of sparkling wine for the Bridal Toast • Flame torches lit for a sunset wedding RECEPTION • 3 course buffet menu or special a la carte menu for 20 guests • 2 hour drinks package with house wine and local beers for 20 guests • 2 tier wedding cake ACCOMMODATION • 4 nights in a Beachfront villa • Your own personal wedding co-ordinator • Additional guests are NZ$167 per person.
All Inclusive Group Wedding Package NZ $9450 This package includes: CEREMONY • A Minister or Celebrant to perform the ceremony • Documentation and marriage license • A bouquet of tropical flowers for the bride and Ula for the groom • Wedding set up with tropical flower arch • A bottle of sparkling wine for the Bridal Toast • Flame torches lit for a sunset wedding RECEPTION • 3 course buffet menu or special a la carte menu for 20 guests • 2 hour drinks package with house wine and local beers for 20 guests • 2 tier wedding cake ACCOMMODATION • 3 nights in a Beachfront Villa for bride and groom with daily continental buffet breakfast • 3 nights in 10 x Hotel Rooms for 20 members of the bridal party or friends / family (twin and double rooms) with daily continental buffet breakfast • Your own personal wedding co-ordinator • Additional guests and additional nights rates on request.

Wedding Reception Location: We have the flexibility of two restaurants so you can choose an intimate reception for small groups under the pavilion or for large groups the entire restaurant. Meal: We offer a choice of a 3 course buffet menu or a special a la carte menu, depending on guest requirements. The cost for this is approximately NZ$100 per person. We are fully licensed for all beverage needs. Venue hire for reception is dependent on venue and number of people. Fine dining 3 course meal and buffet menu available on request.
Legalities Marriages in Samoa are legally recognised internationally. To be married you will need: • Birth certificates and passports for both parties • Decree Absolute (Divorce) documentation if either of you has been divorced • Birth certificates and passports for both parties • Death Certificate of your spouse if either of you has been widowed • Documentation should be in English and clear to read • To be married you will need to scan and email or fax copies of these documents to weddings@saletogasands.com at least 30 days prior to your arrival (bring originals with you). You no longer need to arrive a few days beforehand however visa requirements are dependent on length of stay. A small fee is also payable to the Ministry of Justice in Apia.
