Mountain Lodge Built in the 1900’s our lodge will seat 40 for an indoor ceremony in style. Oak floors, solid stone walls and a wood burn- ing stove can be decorated to your own tastes. Accommodation Pamper yourself in the luxury of our seven beautiful garden cabins. Sleeping 18-26 we can configure the rooms just how you like. All en suite with bespoke designed furniture and furnishings, comfort is at your fingertips. Dining Our kitchen gardens offer seasonal sit down or outdoor dining. From 40 seated indoors to 50 outside, our chefs will help design a menu to suit your needs. We offer canapes, formal dining, The Fiery Wood fired outdoor kitchen dining option, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.
Secluded Lodge The Wicklow escape venue is reserved just for you on your special day for a full weekend or a small and simple mid-week event. No other guests are on the property. A weekend wedding package includes: • Exclusive use of the full venue for 3 days and 2 nights • A warm Wicklow welcome for all your guests • 7 beautiful Garden Cabins sleeping up to 26 • Use of the gardens and forest for photo- graphs • The lodge hall for a delicious sit down meal • Table Centerpieces • A larch cabin for your drinks • An acre of grounds • A Friday night wood fired hot tub • A midweek overnight stay & menu tasting
Pre-Wedding Stay Come and stay with us for a night to experience the beautiful seclusion of our venue and all it has to offer. Enjoy a house cocktail and meal for two in our cabin or in our gardens. Giving you the perfect opportunity to experience what an intimate wedding could really feel like. Dining The Wicklow Escape is for those who appreciate food and drink but are after an escape from the same-old approach. Head Chef Danni Barry is one of an elite group of female chefs to be awarded a Michelin star in the UK and Ireland. Danni is driven by her passion for only the freshest and most seasonal produce being cooked to perfection. Her cooking is progressive, honest, flavoursome, light, visual, balanced and modern. Our locally sourced seasonal menu is thoughtfully created using ingredients grown, farmed or made within a 3-mile radius. From Castleruddery organic fare to Ridgeway Wagyu Beef, we’re always serving the best of the season with a creative twist. Gather at our long tables and enjoy a 5-course menu paired with wines, highlighting the best of local produce at its seasonal finest.
All of our packages include 18 guests. To add to your day choose from: Canapes: • 2 canapes and bubbles €12 per person • 3 canapes and bubbles €15 per person For larger groups guests can be added to both your sit down meal and your evening party. Seated Dining We welcome 40 for banquet wedding dining. For up to 22 additional guests: • 3 Course - €96 per person • 5 Course - €204 per person with wine pairing The Fiery Wood fired dining Outdoors during spring and summer we welcome up to 50 • 3 Course Wagyu BBQ with drinks pairing €95 • Wood-fired Pizza and sides evening - €44 per person

The detail the whole team put into the set up was beyond
words; there was an amazing full length mirror placed
in the room for the bridal party which was handmade by
Justin, who also created the overhanging canopy (not to
mention built the cabin). All our guests, which included“Myself and my husband Daniel chose The elbowroom escape for our wedding reception and we are so delighted that we did. We knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding with a different feel from the usual hotel venue. The elbowroom escape is such a beautiful setting, surrounded by forests and nature in a peaceful secluded area, but still easy for our guests to access from Dublin. From the beginning Amanda and her team made us feel so well taken cared of, they were so accommodating and always available to discuss our queries and ideas. They collaborated with us to create a day that really reflected myself and Daniel, with a relaxed and fun atmosphere that our guests really enjoyed. The three course wedding meal was really special - so many of our guests commented that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding! The staff on the day were so friendly and efficient, everything ran smoothly with no trace of stress, meaning myself and Daniel were free to relax and let our hair down with our guests.
