WELLNESS GUIDE JANUARY 2022 - Evergreen Commons
THE WELLNESS PLACE

Evergreen Commons’ mission is to inspire older adults to live purposeful, active, and holistic
lives, in their residence of choice, as fully as they are able. We encourage the way to well-
being through the framework of holistic wellness.

The wellness framework utilized at Evergreen Commons includes all dimensions of life: social,
spiritual, vocational, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, and physical. We believe
that the intentional engagement into each of these dimensions provides a roadmap for the
journey to well-being. Every day at Evergreen Commons, we inspire our members to focus on
these multiple dimensions and their unique contribution to living life as fully as they are able.

We desire that “The Wellness Place” becomes the place and platform for encouraging you to
develop a wellness lifestyle; as well as a positive attitude, spirit, and outlook. Our hope is that
Evergreen Commons – “The Wellness Place” – will inspire you on your own wellness journey to
    well-being!
